My first time back at the Fairmont for more than 2 years. Not many people staying in the hotel for obvious reasons. It was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. Service was excellent as normal. Hope to return sometime sonner than another two years.

I had a nice experience in the hotel. Location is good, there was a view from the room to the river because of kind upgrade. Service is great, all the requests were done fast. I liked the breakfast, but it starts at 08:00 at the moment I stayed there. Special thanks to Roman, who made my experience of the breakfast very good. I stayed in the hotel 2 days, but he remembered my preferences and noticed details. Also people in parking are very nice and helpful. There is restaurant only on the second floor. The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine. Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there. My experience in Fairmont hotel is good.

We were disappointed that a five star spa hotel didn’t have a working spa. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and said “sorry it’s closed due to low occupancy”. When people pay that kind of money then the promised services should be available. Or we should have been told in advance. The bed pillows were also uncomfortable with no alternatives and duvet cover wasn’t sealed so the duvet kept coming out. Breakfast was very limited for a hotel of this stature. Salmon was bright purple infused with beetroot but no mention of beetroot on the menu.

Elegantissima esperienza. Ottima l’accoglienza alla reception grazie al premuroso e professionale Igor e alla ragazza di cui non ricordo il nome. Cucina spettacolare , un roast-beef con funghì memorabile sia come abbinamento di sapori che come presentazione. Servizio perfetto. Camera dotata di ogni comfort. Consigliatissimo!

الفندق يتميز بإطلالة على النهر وقربة من المطاعم والكفيهات واماكن الصرافة والجولات النهرية والمواصلات متوفرة فقط نزل التطبيق بولت واستمتع بالتجربة ، فطور الفندق في الدور الثاني رائع يتميز بكل شئ خصوصاً جميع المعروض مكتوب باللغة العربية كما يتوفر مصلي في الفندق . شكر خاص للائمين غلى الفندق .

The Fairmont Kiev, in my opinion, is the best hotel in Kiev. zits right on the river with great views, and the surrounding area is full of great places to eat. The room is true Fairmont quality, exceptional bed and the bath amenities are fantastic. Hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet alone is worth the stay.
