摩納哥鹽湖城金普頓飯店(Kimpton Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City)

This hotel is a good example of the Kimpton brand and is in an excellent location in downtown Salt Lake City. If you’re a regular Kimpton traveler, this hotel will give you what you expect; excellent service, nice amenities, and that certain funkiness you expect from the decor. My only nit-pick is that the rooms are much smaller than you’re used to getting at other Kimpton properties.

Truly disappointed in our stay! What was supposed to be a romantic Valentines weekend turned into a disaster. As a gold member with *******, I am allowed complimentary upgrades when possible. Not only did I not get an upgrade, but my room was directly above a LOUD party going on at the hotel until late into the morning. My husband and I got the worst possible sleep and left the property as early as we could to just go home. When I brought this up with the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said they would credit me for my valet for the inconvenience… REALLY?! You think this is worth a $28 credit? As a 5 star hotel, I expected much better!! Thanks for ruining our Valentines weekend!

Absolutely wonderful experience all around! Our first time staying here and it did not disappoint - excellent and friendly staff who went out of there way to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, beautiful room, comfy beds, walkable to all of downtown Salt Lake including our new favorite bar/eats Whiskey Street! We will definitely be back.

Great hotel in fact tried to negotiate a deal with the hotel sales director for 200 plus nights . Met him in person he promised to get back to me . Emailed and called him twice no response . Bizzare customer service from the leadership team .

I Booked a King Premium suite. It was not as described. There was no separate tub from shower. The sheets also had stains on them. It was disappointing to say the least. Especially for what we paid.

We returned home from our event around 930 on Saturday night. We decided we’d like to have a drink in the bar, one of the reasons we booked this hotel because it has a bar. The doors were locked. People were in there still drinking but they told us they were closing. Who closes on a Saturday night at 9:30? When I asked the front desk about it they suggested I go down the street to another bar. I didn’t want to go to another bar I wanted a nice quiet hotel bar. I found this to be extremely disappointing and will not go to this hotel again. We also had to request our room be clean daily or it wouldn’t be done. And there were no robes in our room. We had to request robes people brought to our room. We had stayed at this hotel on a previous occasion, our daughters wedding, and thought it was a really nice hotel. It was very disappointing to find how it was being operated this time. We won’t go back will find a different hotel. We do go to Salt Lake City often so will be looking for a better place to stay.

Loved my stay at Hotel Monaco! So classy, clean, and cozy. This hotel is my number one pick anytime I stay in SLC

The bathtub was cracking and the caulking was brown. The shower had buildup on the shower head and several complimentary products were already opened. The bed sheets had some stains and the bed was far from comfortable. There was no breakfast available and the room was different from the pictures, very dated.
