We stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas. We were visiting Prague for the first time and this hotel provided for all of our needs. Hotel is situated within walking distance to the main square and within very good proximity to transport links to other attractions. On first arrival, hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a excellent bar in the lobby. We had some cocktails here on our first night which were delicious! Our room wasn’t quite ready due to our early flight, but we were able to store our luggage until later in the day. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very soft mattresses but comfortable and we both slept well. Room was clean and well decorated. No complaints at all. Considering we stayed in December the rooms and corridors were VERY warm. We had to leave the windows open all day to ensure it was cool enough to sleep well. However, that’s the only complaint I have! Would recommend to anyone staying in Prague!

We stayed here as a family of 4. Apartment had main bedroom, bathroom and living room where the kitchen and sofa bed were located. Decor was good. Washing machine in the apartment which we used along with the iron/ironing board. Reception were able to provide a washing tablet which was good as we only needed to do 1 wash. We did have to ask reception for this - would have been good to have in the apartment. No air dryer in apartment and so once we did the wash, we had to put clothes around the apartment. We were only here for 2 nights and out all day. Space would have felt crowded if we’d been in the apartment more than we were. Reception and check in is located at Urban Crème hotel which is 2 minutes over the road from the apartment. Apartment is located @15 mins walking distance from the train station and @10 mins from the Powder Tower where a lot of the Prague sights start. Supermarket and shops very close. Overall this apartment is ok, clean and useful if you need to use a washing machine. Unlikely we would stay here again as a family.

我和我的朋友住了4晚。不錯的酒店,位置很好,適合新舊城鎮。接待處的帕特里克很可愛,沒有什麼麻煩,例如找最近的貓咖啡館讓我們參觀並給我們指路。他甚至對女王的不幸逝世表示哀悼,公平地說,所有的工作人員都很樂於助人,露西給我們指路,讓我們去印度的外賣,在我們第一次訪問之後,我們再也找不到了。雖然房間可能有點過時,但舒適安靜。早餐很好,選擇很好,但主要是我認爲的大陸性。如果我們將來回到布拉格,我們會100%選擇這家酒店。

Im Herzen vom wunderschönen Prag, ca. fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Umsteigebahnhof FLORENC gelegen. Großes und hohes Zimmer mit etwas zu dunkler Tapete, heller wäre schöner ist aber Ansichtssache. Kühlschrank und TV vorhanden, Betten groß und gemütlich. Im Bad alles Nötige wie Fön etc:, leider war unser Zimmer im ersten Stock etwas laut, da unten die Straßenbahn vorbeifuhr. Frühstücksraum eher klein aber mit sehr aufmerksamen und lieben Personal. welches alles sofort wieder auffüllt und auch sehr umsichtig und rasch für benutzte Tische sorgt. Alles in Allem fühlten wir uns echt aufgehoben und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

我們在Urban Creme度過了一個非常舒適的5晚。該位置靠近地鐵站，步行不遠即可到達火藥塔。早餐很可愛。早上9點左右變得非常擁擠，所以我們確保儘早去或者等到高峯結束。我們在抵達前與Nela和Olga在前台通過電子郵件聯繫，以安排晚餐預訂，機場服務，他們總是迅速做出回應，並且非常有幫助。在我們住宿期間，外麪的溫度是-5，但房間裏的溫度很好。

大廳沒想像中氣派，但房間挑高非常舒適，空間也很大，房間廁所整理的亮晶晶，非常乾淨！隔壁就是百年咖啡廳，帝國咖啡☕️天花板特色壁磚，我們用早餐就是在帝國咖啡廳裡面，超讚的！地下室有健身房，只可惜最後一天退房時，我們刷了房卡還是不能進去使用🥲

我做了個,我們需要的(睡覺和)是有用的,但我不會回來。有非常嚴格的規則,你不能在常規地區發出音(有道理 ) , 問題在於常規地區非常小,因此,任何東西都可以發出音。這些規則對你不解釋,所以你會在被在的(英文)海報上發現它們。如果你不遵守這些規則(我不知道他們可以用什麼標準來證實)他們會收取你被迫離開的存款,所以當心,不要在房間裏呆上最小的房間,因爲你聽到了所有東西。關於房間,不要讓照片欺騙自己。室不足,所有人都不夠,你必須一,早餐也一樣,酒店只有3張桌子,所以也要一,早餐還相當差。我不會回來,更值得去拿一些“貴”的東西,但至少你可以在不頭的情況下完成自己的需求,並且可以在不必口的情況下和伴談談。

酒店位置還是挺方便的，走路去老城廣場大概15分鐘，去城堡酒店門口公交車可以直接到！就是酒店稍微有一點老！不過在布拉格市中心還是可以接受的！

Assolutamente tutto perfetto!! Casa pulita, con doppio soppalco che i bimbi hanno adorato, dotata di tutti i comfort, cucina con forno, microonde, lavastoviglie(con pastiglie) piatti, rotoloni asciugamani, lavatrice, stendino, ferro da stiro e phon. Bellissima, calda con divano fronte finestra, guardavamo la tv mentre fuori nevicava. Che dire tutto stupendo, tutto meraviglioso. Converrebbe solo mandare una foto per identificare facilmente il portone di ingresso. 10+. Noi comprendo le recensioni negative.
