I needed to amend my previous review. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is close to the tram, which tracks perfectly to the City Center and Museo district located within walking distance. There are lovely restaurants and shops nearby which also makes for a convenient stay. This hotel also lies nearby the wonderful Vondelpak. It’s as awesome as advertised. The hotel itself is very basic. The larger family room, esp in the basement, is of fair quality at best. Dirty carpet, poor flushing toilet and minimal cleaning. One day found us with a stained sheet, that was only salvaged by available linens stored in the common hallway closet. The stairs to the room are steep and winding, which are very precarious even for very mobile travelers. This hotel is best for sleeping and short stays. Would recommend for young families or folks with limited mobility.

Shockingly bad. Where do I begin? Well first, on *******, the hotel says there is parking on site. NO. There is only street parking and if you want to park in a car park, it’s is a five minute drive away. Sadly, the is opening realisation, was not the worst part of the visit. The gentleman at the front desk was obstinate and not very helpful. But eventually explained the parking. So let’s move on to the rooms. We booked three rooms and all were bad, some slightly less so than the others. This is just one. Walls were in very poor condition. Cracks, badly filled. Patches were covered with sellotape (scotch tape) Wardrobe had extra blanket literally shoved in to the top shelf. If it was warm enough for the fan, using it would have blown more dirt and dust into the room rather than cool it. The curtains were coming away from the rail and did not close completely- not great anyway but really bad for a room on the road. The smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag. Not sure why but really not safe. The bathroom? Oh my. The smell was foul - literally. It was tiny, I am not a large or tall person but I would have struggled to have a shower. I could touch all sides of the bathroom without bending my arms. I have nothing against small spaces done well. This was not. And don’t be fooled by the nice pictures of the toiletries on the website, they simply do not exist. It was both bad and did not feel safe, and I could not bear to think ahead to what the shower was actually like… It was so bad that after getting a bite to eat in the pizza place down the road (great by the way) we looked for another hotel and moved and ironically the Park Inn West was actually cheaper than the Apple Inn. We had spent a total of 10 minutes max in this hotel, it was an expensive luggage storage facility for about an hour considering we had booked for three nights. The rooms we stayed in bear little resemblance to the room pictures on *******, ***********, or their own website. And a lot of postures are from 7+ years ago. I can only conclude that the good reviews are either untrue, guests were visually impaired, or they got the one room that happens to be half decent. The only recommendation I can make is DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. there are plenty of other good clean safe budget options.

The hotel is located in a great part of town just a stroll or tram from the centre of Amsterdam. Its got charm and is decorated well, good beds even though the rooms are quite small, but adequate. However... The place is ran by random staff that change daily, we were overcharged on check in and had to wait weeks for a refund which soured the experience of staying here... Breakfast is poor for the price paid and the TVs dont work either... Shame the owners cant sort these small ******* out.

I usually write personally to any hotel to share Feedback. This time, i want to share it here since the hotel Owner is simply ignorant and its all about the money. I made a non refundable reservation back in May. As I am fully aware of the rules that apply, i did however asked for their support and eventual refund due to the death of my mother. It was declined and even commented with, well you booked non refundable. I am aware but even though i booked non refundable plane tickets, Austrian did reimburse. Its called human decency. After 4 weeks, I emailed the hotel again, asking for any acknowledgment. No reaction and simply irgnoring me. If thats how you want to make business, i wish you best of luck.

This hotel was truly lovely. It was my second visit to Amsterdam and my 3 friends and I stayed here for 3 nights. The city centre was walkable (about 15-20 minutes) or you could get the tram which was just at the end of the street. Tram tickets can be super cheap if you buy a 24/48/72 hour travel card so hopping on and off became very easy and natural. There are cafes within 5 minutes walk and the hotel also had a cosy cafe on its ground floor. There is also a bike shop close by which was lovely to hire bikes and cycle around Vondelpark (10 minute cycle). The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. For 4 of us, the value for money was excellent. I love Amsterdam as a city and would happily return for a 3rd time and stay here. I couldn’t find any fault in this hotel. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

不知道是荷蘭排水系統都是這樣還是什麼，這家酒店排水的過程中，會是時不時的有像泄壓閥一樣的聲音，而且聲音巨大，自己房間用的時候也就算了，關鍵別的房間你也聽得到… 有一天直接被吵醒，其他方面都還不錯，房間大部分在地下，廁所蠻新的，牀也舒服。

Room was comfy, clean and pleasant. This hotel chain has successfully demonstrated their eco friendly ethos e.g. using vegan friendly shower products, catering for vegetarian/vegans in their extensive breakfast selection, having a green sedum roof, not relying on air con and even offering bike rentals. Got a glass of cava when we arrived! All hotel and cafe staff were really lovely Location was a little further out but along a tram line and near Vondel park if you fancied the roughly 30 mins stroll in to town. I arrived quite late having spent 11 hours travelling and check in was a bit odd. I was not made to feel especially welcome, and it took a while for him to sort out identity and payment. For much of this time I wondered if I was in the correct hotel. After being allocated a room, I made my way up to floor 3. The carpet was thin and old, and I did not feel all that safe walking up the staircase. I could have used the lift. The floor, incidentally, did not look like it had seen a hoover for a long while. The room was small and barely had room for my case. There was a set of patio doors on the far side which were seemingly impossible to close - although I did manage it on the last day. These doors posed a security risk as there is a balcony connected to a room next door with only a small barrier in between. I should now mention that in addition to it being quite cold, there was a low flying aeroplane going directly overhead every five minutes. Admittedly there is not a lot they can do about that, but a decent door might help with reducing noise and keeping it warm. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off and it all felt a little bit tired and certainly smelled damp. The towels were very thin and left me covered in white fluff after having a shower. The shower was nice, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I could deal with all the above. I have stayed in some basic hotels before, and this was definitely at the lowest end. Had I been staying with another person; or required the room for more than two nights then I would have probably done something about it. In the morning I woke up and asked about breakfast. This was not included in my room fee and the same guy on reception said I would be charged 10 euros. I was far from impressed with the 'buffet' breakfast. The bread was in a basket and was covered with a tea towel. It had gone hard and was clearly stale. I have no idea how long it had been there. The cheese and ham did not look too good either. I returned to reception to ask for some fresh bread. The guy came into the breakfast room and found an opened loaf of bread - so I took two slices from the bottom and put them in the toaster. Then came the butter. The little pack was out of date by around a week - so I looked in their fridge for some 'newer' ones and found a tub of butter that was over a month out of date. I was told later that this was not for my consumption - but in all fairness I am not sure what someone is expected to do if the butter is out of date, and no one is there to supervise. I took one sip of the orange juice and a bite of the 'toast' and concluded that this was not good enough. I went back to reception and announced that the butter was out of date; for which he apologised. I didn't get charged for any breakfast. I was booked into another hotel for my third night (which was lovely and cheaper) and after finishing my day of work, I went see if they had any spare rooms for night 2. Had

很有特色的一家民宿，老闆人美而且很熱情，坐落在主幹道上，晚上民宿很漂亮，我是開電車的，停車場也有充電樁，有充電樁的的酒店是我出門的首選👍，附近離白雲禪寺，和湯池温泉和金湯湖，大漢塘都很近，也有騎馬的地方，小朋友很喜歡，晚上可以放煙花🎆，對面商家就有賣煙花的，而且特便宜，比合肥便宜。酒店門口就有條小河，冬天來就不能玩水了，但是酒店裡麪老也準備了好多小遊戲，投壺，射箭，扎染，庭院下午茶，還有專門的茶室。看的出來很用心。早餐雖然簡單，但是味道很好，一人一份，不夠可以加，中午和晚上都是在餐廳解決的，首先看起來比外面的乾淨，食材很新鮮，味道也很棒，價格也不貴，明碼標價的。可以給老闆提個小小建議，可以弄點小童遊樂設施，讓孩子們有的玩，現在出門孩子的需求是首先；還有房間裏可以增設一個小夜燈，對有需要照看孩子也方便點；房間的插座也可以換一點帶USB和帶tpc的接口。一直以來覺得廬江沒啥好玩，來了以後才發現好玩的真多！

臨時決定出行，錯過假期出行高峯期，選擇雲裏安凹民宿。入住民宿前就有管家小徐提前聯繫發了定位，因為是下雪天管家也很熱情的關心我們出行交通安全問題，到達民宿管家徐銀銀女士就出門熱情迎接我們還給我們提行李送達房間，怕我們冷還貼心的提前幫我們空調打開，入住房間還有歡迎水果跟本地的小米酥，晚餐也很方便民宿內就能解決。趕上元宵節還免費送了一份元宵，服務真的非常貼心細緻！管家小徐有什麼問題都能及時給我們處理。因為是雪後民宿都是被白雪覆蓋，整個園區都是銀裝素裹的，拍照真的非常出片，對於這次的出行體驗感非常滿意，下次還會選擇雲裏安凹民宿！

環境地點：離高鐵廬江西站不遠，打車大概10分鐘內就到了。酒店在小區裏，樓下就是便利店，旁邊有多家小吃店及餐館，吃飯、買東西日用品、買水果、理髮都不成問題。早上門前還有10來攤餐車早餐，非常方便。衛生：房間乾淨整潔，住得舒服服務：老闆熱心，一大早房卡遺留在房內，馬上就來幫我處理了，退房后也可以寄放行李整體而言，是一家方便舒適，性價比高的旅店，值得入住。

總體一般，這個價位這個地理位置的名宿不算便宜了，服務態度很好，但是對於連住幾晚的住客來説，床品不更換可以理解，但是紙巾，毛巾，垃圾這種應該及時更換，早餐8-9點時間太短，對帶孩子的來説比較趕，8點40過去基本沒菜了也不補給，體驗感不太好，竟然一小時這麼短的時間不應該時間沒到已經沒菜了…希望能改進吧！
