前台員工很親切，房間整體不錯，有簾子包圍私隱度較高，也有自己的儲物櫃，充電也提供type-c及use插頭，方便不同種類的電子用品。公共淋浴設備較多，不用輪侯。交儀廳很大，有充足的公共空間！旁邊有市場，早餐店，附近不遠有多個夜市街，文創園等，位置不錯！

去台北自由行很好的選擇。離捷運小南門、西門站都很近。去九份可以在離酒店5分鐘步行的距離坐965公車直達！去中正紀念堂可以步行即達。來回機場，坐的士去台北車站轉機場捷運也很方便，的士費120新台幣。 酒店對面有24小時營業家樂福，有自助洗衣店，步行10零分鐘可去到南機場夜市、艋舺華西街夜市等…. 酒店本身乾淨、服務意識強。早餐算係豐富（食左5日） 我見自由行客人多，而且不少親子客人，建議酒店可考慮增設兩間房打通的房型，方便此類人客特殊需求。

友善且樂於助人的員工。唯一的問題是水槽位於臥室，如果您在樓下，您可以聽到鄰居使用設施和移動家具的聲音。然而，為了避免這個問題，我戴了耳塞來阻擋聲音。我用身體噴霧來消除水槽的氣味。每個主要景點都在步行距離之內；西門町、chiak suk memo，最重要的是，有一家零售店可以購買用品和基本必需品。

我是老顧客了，這一間說起來失望！ 我訂的是大玻璃窗，只因我期待是高樓層 問是否安排高樓層？ 櫃檯表示幫我升等，（但我查詢官網價格相同） 結果反而夜景窗變小 而且還是比較不好的夜景那一面！ 吹風機還有些故障雖不影響使用， 但還是失落☹️ 還是喜歡原本那間的大景觀 申明：照片為擷取官網照片，係我原本訂的房型

和老公來了一場説走就走的旅行，到了台北竟然出關時候忘記了抽獎🎟️哈哈哈哈😄這家酒店很近就是家樂福，一定要去買買買哦。酒店服務人員特別熱情周到，房間裏舊是舊了點，不過不管是浴缸🛁或者是🚽馬桶都特別舒適，床也不會很軟真的是很舒適。早餐也品種不多，但是絕對是很乾凈衞生地道家裡口味，後面有夜市，總之地理位置太完美了。去哪裡都太方便了，旁邊的九日咖啡☕️提神醒腦哈哈。對了旁邊還有一家道地的湖南菜，老闆娘湖南長沙人，剁椒魚頭棒極了👍不過如果兩個人肯定是有點太多了，我們兩竟然點了四個菜。哈哈哈哈😄

在捷運站附近，旁邊就是龍山寺與夜市很方面，環境蠻乾淨的，冷氣可以調溫度不錯，不過沒有電梯，有行李會比較辛苦，另外床墊是沒有拆塑膠袋直接包床單，翻身都會有聲音蠻影響睡眠的。

Check in was somewhat painless , the room was clean as it was brand new ,Tv wasn’t even set up to be used ,hot water took a while to reach the room I was in , only offered a standup shower , if I wanted a tub shower it was a upgrade which I found odd , first time hearing a tub shower is a upgrade and we don’t have any anyways , I am a amputee left leg below knee , you don’t cater to disabled people, it was truly only about the money I felt , make sure payment happens and disregard the rest , no questions about my needs at check in , the breakfast you get from the neighboring restaurant was cold and off the buffet which was garbage I didn’t even eat it , and I love my breakfast, as it’s the first meal to start our day . I travel often and well I’m sorry to say this review will be going to google also .

Everyone was very friendly, had issues in the room, maintenance was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to teach us how to fix if there were any other issues. Carl at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful, very efficient check in. Misha the manager even spent her personal time to chat with us and share our experiences with her. We stayed at this hotel as we travelled to BC. We enjoyed the clean and quiet room, so we stayed again on our travels home. Both times Nitish checked us into the hotel. He was friendly and very accommodating! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was quiet! Beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly! Our son swam in the pool, which was a typical hotel pool, and very clean! We didn’t use the fitness room, but it looked well equipped with several options. The only thing that wasn’t great, was the second time we stayed, the price was $20 more, even though the hotel was empty! But since we were arriving at 11:30pm, we decided to pay the price because we knew it was a quiet hotel…which is worth a lot! Other than this, our experience was good! We would definitely stay here again!

房間還可以,牀也很舒服,但是週五我去了他們的熱水浴缸,熱水浴缸的牆上到處都是綠色棕色的殘留物。我在那裏呆了一會,然後離開了,告訴前台。第二天我回去了,問題似乎已經解決,但化學藥品很強大。週一,我前額的藍色腫塊突然出現,一週後,情況變得更糟,並擴散到眼皮和前額。到目前爲止,醫生給我的藥膏沒有起到什麼作用。然後,我的第二晚,一大羣20樣東西在我身邊和走廊下面移動。我讓前台給我移動,因爲我知道它們整晚都很吵。前台很理解,也感動了我,但即使這樣,音量還是荒謬可笑的。令我惱火的是,酒店沒有更認真地對待他們的安全,在毫不考慮酒店其他人的情況下,鎮壓這些派對人士。這不是一個糟糕的酒店。有很多好東西...但是我相信我不會再呆在那裏了。

我們在酒店住了2晚，位於3樓。我們曾要求頂層遠離電梯/冰機/爆米花機，但幾乎位於電梯旁邊。這可能不是問題，但因為在該樓層上還存在一個曲棍球和/或風琴隊。不知道是誰為那個團隊分配了房間，但他們在走廊的兩端將它們分配到了我們的每一側。孩子們整天要從走廊的一端跑到另一端，直到晚上11:30 pm-12:00 am，不跑時，他們會從一端喊到另一端。父母/教練對此沒有做任何事情，即使提出了投訴，工作人員也沒有做任何事情。 在周六早上，團隊在早上6:30起床，再次開始跑步和大喊大叫。忽略了致電前台的電話，因為他們的回答是很抱歉，我們已經吃飽了，對此我們無能為力。曾在其他酒店裡擠滿了人，沒有任何問題，因此將要求團隊簽署協議，規定他們必須保持安靜或將其從酒店移開。 不用說，由於所有的噪音和缺乏處理，睡眠受到限制。 早上的早餐還算不錯，但是在打掃桌子時，工作人員似乎不知所措，要存放東西，衹是要確保一切運行順利。食物還可以，儘管神秘的肉香腸沒有味道。 游泳池對我們的女兒和其他孩子都很有幫助，那裡沒有抱怨。 除了噪音投訴以外的房間很舒適，除了枕頭多了點東西外沒有其他投訴。

The TV did not work right; and when we called the front desk, they send up a repairman. He said he could not fix it. They did not offer to bring up anaother one nor to move us to a different room. Also, the next morning we discovered that the drain in the tub was clogged and running very,very slowly; so that you were taking a shower standing in cold dirty water. We complained when we checked out, and asked that the room be comped; but were told would need to call back speak to the ”manager” who would not be in until 9:00AM. I called several times throughout the day and each time was told that he was ”in a meeting”. I also left messages each time asking him to call me; but he never did. After several calls I was able to get the front desk to put him on the phone. He said even though he was the ”operating manager” he didn't have the authority to refund my money, but that he would speak to the ”general manager”, and would call me back later that day - he never did call me back as promised. Over the next few days I tried caling him again, but he was always ”in a meeting.” Eventually I gave up trying to get him to take my calls. When I got my credit card statement, I discoverd that they had refunded only $18.18 US of the total bill. I strongly recommend that you stay somewhere else.

起初很難找到,因爲它隱藏在某種卡車基地後面,它位於許多酒店的中間。工作人員有點是的,先生三個包滿先生,還可以,房間整潔乾淨,每天服務。從外面和內部都可以進入房間。除非您計算前台應要求提供的麪包和muesli酒吧,否則沒有早餐。可以吵,我以爲卡車會是噪音問題,但不是。有點破舊,破舊。附近有幾個吃飯的地方,馬路對面有酒吧/餐廳。

Room was cleaned ,.location is very central,minutes from downtown. Amenities in the room is fully equipped, love Crabtree and Evelyn brand of toiletries and lorion. bed is nice and firm,only thing missing is would be nice to have a microwave oven to heat up food. Got that in the previous hotel in Vancouver.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but ”can't”. So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! ***?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.
