位置不錯，離市中心最繁華地方走路也就5分鐘。這是一個家庭旅館，衹適合停留1-2天，不提供洗衣服務。大廳有點暗，剛進門感覺可能不是太好。牀是那種移動牀，感覺不是太舒適。

Great boutique hotel with brand new facilities, elegant rooms and comfy beds. The only minus I can think of is that indeed storage space for clothes is limited but this did not diminish our overall excellent impression. The location is perfect - you will find everything in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not take the breakfast everyday but I do recommend it - the products were of high quality and eggs can prepared on the spot to your liking. We stayed later in Bilbao in a bigger hotel and would have wished for the initimate atmosphere of the Villa Katalina. Highly recommended!

Excelente ubicación en pleno centro de San Sebastián, a pocos minutos caminanado a la playa y a la zona comercial. Zona peatonal, rodeada de comercios de todo tipo. Excelentes instalaciones y muy buena atención. Al ser una pensión no todo el día existe personal de consulta. A 200 metros se encuentra ubicado otro alojamiento por si surge alguna urgencia. Todo esto está indicado en la recepción. Está en un piso alto que se accede mediante ascensor. La habitación tiene microondas y frigobar. En la recepción siempre hubo café, té y hervidor disponibles. La higiene se realiza en forma matutina y fue impecable.

Nuestra estancia en Pension Buenpas fue excelente. Fui a San Sebastián por primera vez con mi pareja y unos amigos y nos sentimos como en casa. Jon, el encargado de la gestión del lugar se mostró siempre súper amable con nosotros, nos recomendó muchísimos sitios, nos trazó rutas y en concreto, tiro de contactos para reservarnos un almuerzo estupendo en el Mayflower en Getaria :) el hotel está en una ubicación muy buena con una zona residencial cercana en una elevación con posibilidad de parking gratis (cosa casi imposible en San Sebastián) y el hostal siempre estuvo limpio y bien dispuesto. Repetiría sin duda!

我和朋友住在一樓的6號房,很乾淨,有足夠的空間住青旅。牀很舒服,窗戶可以打開空氣。不幸的是,我每天早上6點就被門砰的一聲關上了,聲音很大,聽起來就像在房間裏一樣。在最後的夜晚,一些人搬到隔壁的房間,我可以聽到他們洗澡,使用廁所,說話,當然還有砰的一聲關上門。在星期五和星期六,酒吧一直開着,直到12點之後,它直接回到了我們的房間,當然是非常響亮的。其餘的時間,坐在酒吧區的人,發出任何噪音,進入我們的房間,例如,一名女士在早上6點咳嗽,我不得不檢查它不是我的朋友在下鋪,因爲它太大聲了。祝你在這個地方睡覺好運!!

We were in Freiburg for vacation and a lot of the other hotels were really expensive. This hotel was reasonably priced, so we booked four rooms between 2 families, and I am glad we did. The hotel was nice and clean, and fairly close to some restaurants and a train station that can take you to the down town area. What made this hotel a great stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. They almost all spoke English well and interacted in a very positive way. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.

My stay at Central Hotel Freiburg was extremely pleasant, the rooms are clean and all staff are very friendly and helpful, starting from the receptionists at the desk who always welcome you with a big smile, up to the waiters at the restaurant and the generator, who was very kind during my late night check out. Central Hotel Freiburg, you make your guests feel like staying home, and there is noting better you can do.

Hotel is in walking distance from the main station. The Altstadt is very close by. All floors of the hotel are accessable by lift. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast buffet is moderatly priced and offers a wide selection. There is also a bar on the premise. Highly recommend it!

I stayed at Hotel Zum Schiff for one night in November 2021. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel! I was concerned about parking when I arrived, but fears were waylaid when I followed well-signed directions right to their extensive parking garage. Hotel lobby was huge with a large reception desk and bar in the main lobby. Check-in was a breeze and they allowed pets which was perfect since I arrived with 2 cats. The room was VERY spacious with a great view of the town (I was on the top level of the hotel). The bathroom was much roomier than anticipated with plenty of shelf space to put all of my things. They have a restaurant attached where I had dinner (excellent food) and service was top notch (many of the waiters spoke several languages). Breakfast was excellent as well with hot and cold items, tea, coffee and infamous German brötchen. Hotel was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and staff was excellent across the board. They deserve more than 5-stars. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is located in a lovely spot in the woods, with walking/trails and birds chirping, outside Freiburg. There is a large terrace to sit on for a drink or a meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful to provide a relaxing experience. I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffett. If you are looking to explore the area, it is situated on the way to Alsace so you can go into Freiburg and France quite easily. If you want a hotel right in Freiburg, this isn't it. And the highway is a bit close by so there is some sound, but usually the birds chirping was louder.

Hotel de la cadena B&B que está muy bien. La habitación pequeña, con cama y literas pero con aire y baño completo. Parking gratuito y transporte público conectado con el centro a 100 metros. El centro a 20 min. En recepción nos dejaron entrar a las 11, previo pago de 15 euros. Y no nos cobraron la tasa de nuestro perra. Buen sitio para visitar una ciudad muy bonita.

可愛的位置,美麗的房間。游泳池看起來不錯,但就我所知沒有開放 - 裝修,也許?說實話,如果我在第2天,3天或4天遇到的任何工作人員都給我入住,我會給酒店更多的星星,但我對入住時的待遇感到非常惱火,以至於我很難恢復平衡。它是老式的,相當安靜的房間,一邊面向科倫比公園和一條繁忙的街道,另一邊面向一個庭院,但在鄰近的屋頂上可以看到明斯特(大教堂)。沒有嘗試早餐,所以不能對此發表評論但他們確實在第一晚在房間裏提供了一系列可愛的小糖果,以及每晚的夜牀服務,這是一個驚喜。這個房間是我住過的任何酒店中最好最漂亮的衣櫥。淋浴漏水,所以我非常感謝每天的房間清潔,所以我可以得到新鮮的浴巾!

我們通過************預訂的預訂沒有被酒店接收,但酒店非常有幫助,我們收到了一些分開的房間。服務非常好,酒店非常好,氣氛很好。我一定會再住在那裏。早餐可以點餐,有無質選擇,但只需要要求。房間乾淨,有空調,還有一個小廚房,可以吃較小的飯菜。酒店周圍的區域足夠好,出門基本就是餐館和購物。附近有aom建築,但那裏沒有更大的問題。停車位滿了,所以我們不得不在附近的街道上找到一些免費的。

Ziemlich weit weg von der Altstadt, aber gut angebunden. Das Zimmer war ruhig, die Betten gut. Der Boden im Zimmer war nicht sauber, der Balkon schmutzig, besonders der Tisch. Badezimmer neu und sauber. Frühstück war ganz ok. Durchschnittliches Dreisternhotel ohne Höhepunkte. Das Personal ein Pluspunkt.

Chambre située dans un quartier « Vert » non précisée lors de la réservation (100€ d’amende en cas de non présentation de la vignette), chauffage non réglable et déjà programmé sur une grosse température donc obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour un minimum d’air, lit king size avec la taille d’un lit standard et au lieu d’avoir une couette nous avérons seulement eu deux petites couettes de lit pour enfant. Très déçu pour une chambre facturée 106€/nuit avec 3,69€ de taxe de séjour.

Der Service ist leider katastrophal. Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eines unserer Zimmer nicht beziehbar sei und wir auf dem Sofa des anderen schlafen sollten. Im Gegenzug wollte man uns den einen Zimmerpreis erstatten. Leider haben wir nichts mehr vom Hotel gehört und mussten erneut nachfragen. Keine Wertschätzung der Gäste! Keine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten!

我三天前到這裏,空調壞了,房間又悶又熱,我讓其他客人也抱怨了。但是現在發生了這樣的事:我今天早上吃過早飯回來時,我把門上的不打擾牌子留在了那裏,發現有人走進我的房間鎖上了窗戶(我簽了一張豁免書,上面說我前天因爲(A/C損壞)。另一位客人告訴我,“兩個男人”在她洗澡時打開了她的門,想在退房前3個小時把她趕出去!這是什麼犯罪行爲???我翻遍我的行李,以確保所有東西都還在那裏!!最終要求並且收到我的預訂其餘部分的退款,以及到目前爲止我住的晚上的20%,沒有取消費用。經理相當專業,對它很好,我希望我的其餘經驗也能這樣說。還有接待處的女士?我敢肯定她和其他評論所談論的都是同一個人。她不介意當着你的面笑,似乎只關心她下次戒菸的時間。像瘟疫一樣避免這個地方。我立刻用20歐元的價格把希爾頓酒店搬到了隔壁,但至今沒有比這更便宜的了。

Lets start with the location which is excellent and minutes from the main square.Staff were at all times polite and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and varied,Down side is the room which has no inbuilt air condition and they give a stand alone tower which you either keep on all night or switch off.Not what we could do as it was 28 degrees in the city at night..If you take a 3rd floor premier room they over look the outside bar area which on a Saturday night can stay open till after midnight which i can understand at the weekend but not through the week.Below our window was a floodlit tree and this shone into the room through very badly designed curtains.We had to ask maintenance to get a second curtain as ours had been removed and not replaced.Staff said curtains has been raised as ineffective many times but nothing has been done Bed wasnt all that comfortable either but on the whole a good room but would not return as better hotels with better facilities can probably be found for the same price elsewhere
