This is a non smoking hotel however the room that I was given has a very strong cigarette smell. Peeps, if you want to smoke, go outside and do not make the room smelly and dirty and spoil the hotel reputation!! Immediately informed hotel staff of the pungent cigarette smell and asked for a room replacement. Unfortunately they were fully booked on the 1st night but thank god they were able to change the room for me the next day. Hotel staff tried to get rid of the smell by spraying some room fragrance but it didn't help. Bed is comfortable but pillow is soft. Hotel staff is very friendly. After they changed the room, they gave me a bigger room as well really appreciate their good gesture! There is a pantry at level 1 and has free snack and drinks. You can do your own laundry in the hotel too! It's around 10 mins walk from hotel to Ximending!

從防疫計程車到達旅館，就有服務生在門口等候，幫付了車資後就非常有耐心地向我解說旅館內的防疫規定，交給房間鑰匙後便指引上樓的路徑。打開房門後，真有回到家的舒適感。整個房間乾淨無比，所有手會碰觸到的開關、電話、遙控器，外面都包覆了一層透明罩，還有標誌告知旅客在進房前，房間都已消過毒，讓人住進來感到無比安心。所有旅客需要的日常用品，不管放在檯子上或桌子上的，都排得整整齊齊。讓我這個旅客一踏進來有種不敢輕舉妄動的感覺。心想這麼乾淨舒適的地方，怎好隨便弄髒呢？一股愛鄉愛土的公德心不覺油然而生。開封店迅速確實的服務是讓我最感動和印象深刻的。在國外待久了，這種誠懇的服務態度已經很久沒看到了。謝謝工作人員讓我一進國門就受到如此暖心的對待。未來還有機會，我一定再來，並會努力幫您們宣傳。

三人房網站上有些房間有註明無窗戶，有些則些標準三人間，讓人覺得三人房有些有窗戶有些沒有，我預定沒註明無窗戶的標準三人間，價格也比有標示無窗戶的三人房稍微高一點，結果到了現場才發現所有三人房都沒窗戶的，房型都一樣的，這樣讓人感覺有點糟糕！

酒店員工很Nice,環境乾淨，酒店大堂還有小吃，飲品提供使用。原本是預定無窗房這次升級到有一個小窗房。就是隔聲差一點。酒店離台北車站不太遠。

這個飯店最大特色就是在負一層B1的交誼廳，空間大，還有免費小吃和飲料，實在很棒！但是這次入住的房間整體設計是挺差的，因為房間的四邊牆體都是全黑色，而且牆體都是木頭隔間，開關門的時後，整個房間都在抖動，整層樓其他人說話的聲音我在房間都能聽的很清楚，特別是小孩子的鬼吼鬼叫，隔音效果很差；至於飯店的服務人員素質看得出來還是不錯的，只是入住飯店的八天內沒有人主動向我問好，也沒有人主動給我任何善意的微笑，這是讓我比較意外的地方！

第二次入住了，地點很好，交通便利。靠近台北車站和西門町，附近有很多平價CP值高的店家。飯店旁也很多間書店及麵包店。這次入住房間跟圖片一樣，很舒適，非常推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

為了省錢選擇了沒有獨立衞浴的酒店，到了發現非常整潔乾淨。房間內空間很小，和圖片一樣，入住會提供浴巾，不過根據政策不提供免費的牙刷刮鬍刀之類。房間裏面也有橡膠人字拖，不過我沒有使用。最大的驚喜是公共的衞生間和浴室，每天都有人清潔，相當乾淨。浴室內提供洗髮水和沐浴露，浴室外有電吹風，非常方便。離台北車站大概步行十分鐘距離，交通很便利，可以坐機場捷運直接到桃園機場。西門町也可以步行十餘分鐘抵達，101大樓大概要坐半個多小時捷運。臨近馬路，酒店提供了耳塞，不過我不需要用，個人感覺還算安靜。總而言之，非常適合獨自旅行的背包客。

The staff at reception are wonderful, very friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional, you couldn't ask for me. The room was lovely, great use of space, very comfortable bed, and the best shower (super hot and fantastic pressure, loved it). The location is perfect as its a short stroll from the main train station and there's a handy MRT near by, plus major eating areas within 10 minutes walk. This was the perfect start to my two weeks in Taiwan.

很安靜，很舒服，有小冰箱，也有保險箱，房內燈光合適，如果可以再光點就好了，床頭櫃有些塵埃，被子和枕頭有點刺刺的，羽毛刺了一點出來，不過不大影響，電視不錯👍🏻 冷氣不可以調，冷到快往生了，穿着外套睡會好點，來台灣會再住👍🏻

入住當天是22:30到台灣，加上出關等等，到飯店已經00:00以後，櫃檯人員非常細心解說，也詢問飛機狀況，覺得很棒雖然飯店設備較為老舊，但整體算乾淨，加上房價便宜又有早餐，距離火車站，我們拖著很重的大件行李，也只走了約10分鐘，非常方便

Staff was eager to help and always smiling. He was very easy to talk to and very polite. The bunk was in a room full of many 3-layer bunks all piling up of which was more than imagined. Many were long-term renters… not what was expected from a hostel that should be full of travelers.. and the guy above my bunk was not clean.. there were some dust on the bed which seemed like it fell from the bunk above.. shower area was okay but the wall baskets were somewhat rusty .. the toilets were separated from shower area and you have to walked out the back door to use the toilet. Toilet paper was also not conveniently located inside the toilet, you have to take some paper provided near the back entrance area before going into the toilet area.. I’d say the best thing is the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. Location wasn’t so bad, it wasn’t that far from exit 4 of Ximen station.
