Check In und Check Out sind einfach nur ein Chaos, ein Unvermögen. Jeder der Gäste gab beim Check In seine Rechnungsadresse an (obwohl bei Buchung auch schon). Gleich bezahlen war nicht, aber Kreditkarte sollte man haben. Wie bitte? Und bei Check Out stimmte keine Rechnungsadresse und der Spaß ging bei jedem Gast wieder von vorne los. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes ruhiges Hotel, gute Betten, gutes Frühstück.

不會德語，不嚴格遵守時間的不推薦！ 一家公寓酒店，衞生較好，房間內沒有做飯洗衣的異味，有熱水壺。 住酒店第二天火警警報，全員疏散。全程員工衹講德語，屋內沒有疏散指示圖，找緊急通道衹能自己猜了。 火警接解除，引導回酒店，員工已久衹講德語，我和幾個講中文和英文的客人，衹得自己組團，互助找回去的通道了。 入住4 天，2次保潔未經許可進入房間，早晨洗完澡正在穿衣服，我已經用英文大聲喊了幾遍，不要進來，在門口等一下，保潔已經進來。 這家酒店11點必須退房，入住時沒有沒説明，退房時沒有電話提醒。等我12點去退房，前台小哥給我教育了15分鐘，應該自己訂房時自己查閲退房時間，自己遵守退房要求。我説如果推遲了我可以付超時費，但是酒店小哥堅持衹教育不收費😵‍💫👍

我住宿的預訂是通過我的旅行社進行的。這通常不是公司批准的酒店,我現在明白了原因。在進行預訂時,代理商要求提前入住,但沒有要求保證提前入住。這意味着客人在抵達時有房間可以辦理入住,如果沒有房間,則必須等到常規入住時間(此時是15:00)。酒店位於貿易和會議中心旁。由於大流行至今還沒有發生任何事件,酒店很安靜,我到達並要求辦理入住手續,被告知只能在正式入住時間辦理。當我提到我的代理人要求提前入住時,第二個接待員出現了,並確認房間是空的。她還告訴我,我需要爲提前入住支付40歐元的費用。對此我提出質疑,並提到如果客人抵達時房間空着,其他酒店將不會收取此費用。接待員解釋說,工作人員必須加快工作速度,以確保房間能夠提前入住,因此費用也很高。由於結果是,房間在4月27日之前,即我到達之前整整六天,才被清潔、通風和消毒。因此,這筆費用只是用來騙取客人。雖然房間很好,但酒店位於中心位置,與公共交通連接良好,但這種有組織的勒索意味着我永遠不會再預訂這個地方。

I finally feel safe enough to write this review. I booked 3 nights at this hotel in Germany as I was there for an influencer trip. We were arriving after midnight, around 1 a.m. I called days before the hotel to make sure if we had to purchase another stay since we were arriving after midnight. I was repeatedly told no, it would be fine since I am checking out early at 5 a.m. When I arrived at the hotel, I was met with the rudest man ever. He asked me “tonight or tomorrow.” I told him tonight. He kept saying it is after midnight, why didn’t you book before hand. I told him and showed him the call and email, confirming that me coming in at 1 a.m on check in day would be fine. This is when “Alex,” (short, older white man) turned aggressive with me. He stated waving his hands around and saying he doesn’t care what they told me, they were wrong. I asked him to calm down then he says “don’t be upset with me, why didn’t you read??” So I told him, I did read and I read the email from the front desk confirming my 1 a.m check in on the day of would not be a problem. Alex got angry. This was 1 a.m and we were two women traveling alone in a semi- unsafe area. We had to purchase another night and the room we were given was filthy although he said it was clean. I immediately called my agent and they booked us another room. I’ve been to many hotels in the world but this hotel was the first time I felt unsafe and where the front desk person, Alex, got aggressive with me. Please avoid this hotel.

我們最近在馨樂庭住了2晚。房間寬敞,乾淨,設施齊全,有烤麪包機,水壺,爐竈和大冰箱。牀很舒服。客房服務每週一次,但您可以在前台要求更多的毛巾。地下有免費水和咖啡/熱巧克力機,電梯外有自動售貨機。WiFi很好。天際線廣場馬路對面有商店和吃飯的地方,晚上8點關門。接待員熱情友好。一個消極的,這不是酒店的錯,是外面很吵。我們被人們在路上說話和交通噪音保持清醒。不知道酒店後面的房間還是樓上的房間會更安靜。

The hotel has a great vibe, somewhat industrial with glass and metal elements. Darker shades of colors throughout give a settled but cozy atmosphere. Breakfast staff was very friendly, Bastien welcomed me. The restaurant is big enough - was a little busy. The selection is very good, they even have began cold cuts. The bircher musli was great. Proper cups and mugs 😂 so one can enjoy a good hot beverage.

Frankly (haha), this Marriott has me sold on all Marriotts. They let us check in early and gave us a complimentary upgrade. I thought that maybe it would be a bigger room or a higher floor, but it wasn’t JUST that - we basically ate for free during our stay in the city. The breakfast spread is to die for (a full honeycomb and carafes of apfelwein were highlights for me) and the club was accessible 24/7, so we could just pop in to grab coffee or water bottles (in sustainable cardboard packaging, actually) to go. The evening happy hour is the happiest of hours: basically a full dinner buffet that changes from one day to the next. Seriously, instead of going out on the town, my brother and I just sat in front of the fireplace in the lounge, drinking regional beers, wines, and mimosas (alongside a delectable sticky bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce). Seriously, I could go on about this place. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, full range of quality toiletries - much better than what I’m used to in large European cities. I will stay here every time I return to Frankfurt.

這應該是最友好的德國公寓了 一來和前台拿糖包，拿牛奶， 拿洗碗精，拿衛生紙，拿抹布 都不會拒絕房客，當然， 有些還是需要付費的 不過因為早餐需要額外付費 我們就沒有使用餐廳 但是在退房時候 前台旁邊就有一大欄的牛角供房客隨意拿 一大堆房客一下電梯順手就拿取塞到嘴裏 前台都是笑眯眯的去補充 而且這裏進出刷卡很安全 我們臨時又追加住了一天。

對於四星級的失望。當我們在辦理登機手續之前到達的時候,我們問是否可以將行李放在行李房。接待處的一位好小姐在我們桌子旁邊的包上貼了標籤,我們開始工作,假設它們會被放進一個安全的房間。我們包裏有貴重物品,比如筆記本電腦。我們回來辦理入住手續時,看到我們的兩個箱子仍然在辦公桌旁,我們很失望。這時接待處有新的工作人員,我們拿起我們的包,沒有人要求確認它們是我們的--不是很安全!星期六晚上,在凌晨4點之前,有一場非常吵鬧的聚會,有兩間房間被降了下來,這意味着我們幾乎沒有睡過覺。絕對沒有廣告上所說的隔音房間!!凌晨4點,我聽到走廊裏傳來騷動聲,於是我打開臥室的門,讓他們安靜下來。我非常驚訝地看到一個送貨司機送來食物。我認爲送貨司機在晚上的那一刻進入臥室是不可接受的。我們在週五晚間到達酒店,前台沒有安全檢查。門是開着的,我們自由行到三樓,沒有問問題。通常酒店的大門都是晚上有人值班的,以確保客人的安全。酒店沒有感到安全。這台小冰箱的庫存很差,當我打電話到prosecco(在迷你吧菜單上)時,我被告知他們沒有冰箱。這令人失望,因爲這是紐約。因爲covid規則,酒店酒吧關閉了,所以我們無法在酒店內獲得任何飲料。這是雙人房,但沒有雙人牀。兩張單人牀在牀上坐起來時很容易從牆上移開。浴室很好,但有下水道的味道。總體來說,停留令人失望。

來出差，住在展館附近比較方便，疫情三年沒有來法蘭克福，今年可以重新出發不自覺有點小激動😆 衞生：房間不太大，放兩個行李箱就差不多了 服務：服務還不錯，提供的咖啡跟茶也是24小時的，還有外帶杯。 設施：幾乎沒用其他設施，頂多在旁邊的skyline吃點東西，早餐每天都差不多，連吃了一個禮拜是有點膩，哈哈哈 如果硬要説缺點，可能是淋浴間玻璃門衹有一半，沖澡容易滲水出來。

我們喜歡這家酒店的位置和房間大小。禮賓部超級友善、樂於助人（要到三點後才能辦理入住，而我們的航班是早上 9 點到達的），所以她讓我們寄存行李，並在房間準備好時通知我們。景色非常好——就在河邊，可以進入市中心（沿著河邊步行 15 分鐘）。社區擁有您所需的一切 - 街對面有商店和餐廳。浴室很大，小廚房很完美，床也很好（說實話，床單真的很熱……某種塑膠床墊套）。但我們很喜歡它並且會再次留在這裡。

They have got this panoramic view, but everything else is a nightmare. The room was dirty, with dust all over the place; but this is not the worst part. When showering, one could literally smell sewage. But then, I found out that toilets are clogged, so I wonder how much filth comes into the shower. Moreover, most of the bulbs either missing or not working and the coffee machine was not functional. I tried to call reception but they do not anwser, either using the room phone or even using the external line in via mobile, so I had to come down to complain, just to discover how rude and unhelpful the staff are. I explained it all to this guy in reception and told him that I will be complaining, but his words were: ”just write that I am the worst person in the world”. I don't know if he finds that amusing, but I suppose I can share his wish with the world. The thing is that the world doesn't really care about him. People only care about sleeping in a clean room help when things go wrong; not showering in the filth again and actually not even taking the risk of ending up in the filth in the first place. So, there is the view but a hotel is not about the view. This place is very badly maintained (and the staff seem to be having a laugh about it) and that is real shame.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

傳説中的火車站附近很亂，有很多無家可歸的人，住了一晚，衹能説沒有看見，偶爾有一個婦女過來要和我換錢，瞪了她一眼，於是她發現我是個不好惹的，就灰溜溜的走了。酒店整體感覺非常乾淨，電梯和門的機械部分可謂做工精良，離歐元標誌和步行街也還算很近，關鍵是就在火車站邊上，即使碰到下暴雨也不用打雨傘，過一個很窄的馬路五六米寬直接就等於進站了。很方便。早餐超級豐富，除了沒有蔬菜沙拉，約等於啥都有了。你如果每個品種嘗一下，拍照打卡會拍出十張看上去是早餐的照片。寄存行李很講究，會給你行李條，取一點小物品的時候工作人員不讓進行李房的，顯得嚴謹，讓人放心。房間還贈送了一瓶飲用水，看上去格外高檔，可以理解為比那些世界知名品牌高級三倍吧。反正京東和天貓搜圖是沒搜到。還有，早餐到十一點，顯得酒店很大方，您十點半起床？沒問題，儘管來吃。哈哈哈

Das Hotel ist an der Hauptstraße beim Ostbahnhof gelegen. Parkplätze sind für €6.- hinter dem Hotel mit einer Schranke gesichert. Das Zimmer ist typisch B&B - klein aber gemütlich - Bad sauber und gut. Leider keine richtigen Stühle - nur Hocker - zum arbeiten am Tisch nicht gerade ideal. Das Frühstück ist gut - keine riesige Auswahl aber ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr gute Preis/Leistung!

Ich habe mich super wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung sind sehr gepflegt und mit Herz eingerichtet. Alles anstandslos sauber. Das Hotel überzeugt mit seinem sehr freundlichen Personal. Mein Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf‘s Grüne. Zimmergröße großzügig, Bad mit Dusche sehr gut. Eine tolle, zuverlässige Adresse zum Übernachten in Frankfurt. U-Bahn Enkheim Station 1,5 Minuten entfernt. Liebes Hotel-Team, vielen Dank für den perfekten Aufenthalt.

德拉格酒店真的很不錯，酒店大廳很溫馨，可以休息，看書，聽音樂還是黑膠唱機那種，自己可以選擇黑膠唱片！房價很乾凈，全是自動觸控系統，非常喜歡，非常有現代感！衛生間也很大，房間贈送水一大瓶，還有那個咖啡機配上他們提供的過濾咖啡，做出來的咖啡真的特別好喝！樓下還有一家超市，非常方便！離景點位置稍有點遠，走一走30分鐘！

Great apartment hotel at the Frankfurt Airport; Spacious modern rooms equipped with kitchenette containing all utensils to cook yourself, including a microwave/oven. Clean. Have breakfast or dinner in the restaurant if wanted or buy food in the nearby Rewe supermarket and cook something yourself. Garage is a bit pricey at EUR 22, but the price of the room made up for that.

I left all my travel money and my wedding ring in the safe for security, when I left for the airport and check out, I forgot my belongings inside the room safe where I had put my personal password, the big problem starts there. When contacting the hotel, the enormous difficulty began to respond and check the room, after more than 12 hours of the incident, they simply told me that there was nothing inside the safe and that in fact I was stolen inside the hotel safe, without any justification for how this happened and no goodwill movement to resolve the theft, acting normally at a loss of over $5,000 with no remorse or willingness to help the customer. very upset about being robbed inside a hotel that apparently seemed reliable, but it turned out to be completely obscure and without any security management, as belongings disappear from a safe that had a personal password and nobody takes care of it. other than that, the hotel had enormous difficulty in providing feedback, it did not respond to emails, calls, contacts via the booking app, showing itself to be completely conniving with the crime that occurred inside its facilities and not willing to do anything to solve it the same. Stay away from this hotel if you want to have your belongings safe, if you have no option, don't trust your room alone to anyone. Looks can be deceiving, don't go through the same problem as me. I'm putting photos of the room with my bags and then at the airport and my live ticket too, to prove my stay at the hotel and in what I said where I was rudely stolen inside the safe where I put my personal password, after forgetting my objects and get in touch two hours later someone had gone there and stolen all my money and wedding ring.

我真的很喜歡這家酒店。工作人員不錯,房間還可以,安靜。位置好旁邊有U-Bahn和電車站或者可以步行到附近的Bornheim或Zeil。我沒有在酒店吃飯,要麼在對面的Cafe Bohne吃飯,要麼步行到Bornheim。我會再住這裏。

入住在伊什伯納院的酒店對我來說是不快的體驗。我預訂後第一次電話聯繫很不錯,沒人質疑。入住很快,我接到我的房間。伊施born Hof和羅德爾海默 Hof酒店可能分爲一家公司和一個建築,兩名酒店名字。在網上看到的圖片在Booking.com下“酒店本身可能發佈的”是我所想的。照片是很久以前拍的,還是拍照店的問候。但是可能有超高設備的房間,但是我沒有在Booking.com的描述中讀到任何東西,或者說,從某個價格,你只得到的房間。照片上的照片裏的傢俱或牀都不存在,可能在正常的單間。我房間裏的子看見照片是或其他地方的(至少看起來是這樣) 因爲你也可以看到子的子,這些子之前可能已經分了幾,或者是從剩下的子裏在一起建成。看牀上圖畫是用十字架固在一邊上,另一邊缺少一塊木頭,看絲不應該像這樣。我原地在房間裏找了煙 但似乎沒事 因爲消防隊在室時 很可能就這麼接受了裝置,電視桌,夜間,子總能讓你覺得你是從鎖裏來的,還是已經使用了多年15-20,當然也可以清楚地識別這些跡象。電視台的桌子上說:這樣一個IKEA盤子大約要花20歐元 這個桌子可以不快換 這不是大錢 而且你可以再用腳 但這可能更便宜的 是用不着任何人的子看着下面 我也在照片上了洗室的頭可能也破了,但當然,要換一台20,00歐元的頭,所以,當然,用金屬管子不不,而且在兩端都了,看圖。所紙也已經了,但這不重要,花了很多錢看看圖片。門口有後門洞可能在前面有門鎖 但只有門洞保持不錯 這不太糟糕但是你也可以看到,看到這個圖片,門也曾沒有開過,當然不奇怪。主入口是整夜都可以進去和出去。當然,攝像機只裝在入口和外面停車場,但走裏發生的事是不可能的

位置：中央車站出來向左走一個路口即到，步行兩三分鐘，區位很棒。周邊的酒店是紅燈區，不過很安全，不會有奇怪的人。 設施：六人間空間挺大，稍微有點吵。牀單被套自己拆卸。乾淨度有點低，建議自帶睡袋。浴室很棒，這次拖鞋和沐浴用品。 大廳：全天熱水熱咖啡免費供應。一樓有一片休息區，可以坐着聊天辦公。前台很熱情。每晚六到八點是happy hour，店家會有免費披薩提供給大家。全場飲料買一送一，點了一份雞尾酒5.5歐。 早餐：連住三晚送一份早餐。有麵包火腿和各種醬，可以自製三明治。也有酸奶和各種堅果麥片，可以自製酸奶碗。 雖然一晚28歐加2歐稅還是很貴，在這樣的區位來講算同行裏便宜的了。

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

Stayed here as it was close to the train station - room was a good size and the bathroom clean but the shower pressure was low. Check-in was quick and courteous, the only down side is the streets outside, full of smokers and (I was told) drug dealers.
