客房乾淨,花園酒店很少有大浴場,但六本木的地理位置沒問題。入口的裝飾也很不錯,頂樓的餐廳有露台座位,可以看到東京塔,硬麪不錯。但是問題是服務方面。5/11(水)入住,第二天早餐工作人員很失望,早餐餐廳的高個子男工作人員穿着藍色襯衫,很貼心。沒有收到早餐票,如果想進店的話,會不會是素宿?我被懷疑,我檢查了一下,一邊看了一會兒電腦屏幕,一邊無表情地回答“沒事”。什麼沒事?允許進店?即使不是本人的錯誤,也要說對不起沒給到票,讓您等一下,通常的商務酒店也應該這樣說?另外,被遞來的面具盒也附有紅色醬點,可以換嗎?問了又只回答“沒事”。可能是口頭禪吧,安居酒屋的接待水平。而且倒飲料,把手遞到堵塞的地方。什麼是“三井獎金”。前一天的餐廳很冷,準備了暖氣和毛毯,早餐本身,非酒精的閃閃發光的葡萄酒,和式的沙發也是很好的迴應。作爲商務酒店類,烤出的硬件確實很豐富。但是,這次我真的感覺到了如果一個人的工作人員會不會留下來。我曾經經常選擇三井酒店住宿,但我會考慮今後如何做。我的建議,讓我給工作人員貼上名牌嗎?

別看小，但是什麼都不缺。還有免費製冰機和飲料機。浴室裏安裝的是按摩淋浴設施。洗個澡按摩一下可以驅趕一天的疲憊。門口還有個超市。交通也很方便，出門左轉幾步就是地鐵站

本來是為了離堂吉柯德近訂的這家酒店，為了出去玩一天，夜裡回來還能逛街，沒想到喜出望外。這家酒店離地鐵站太近了，東京那麼大，出門必坐地鐵，這一點是最實惠的方便。樓下全是各種吃的，和堂吉柯德，非常方便。酒店用品非常齊全，是我住過的最齊全的酒店，卸粧油，洗面奶，化粧水，乳液，面膜，發膜，浴鹽，一大全套。睡衣也不是好看不實用的浴袍，而是非常舒服的那種睡衣。甚至有各種捲髮棒可以用。我甚至覺得住這個酒店，可以少帶三斤東西。不過床太小了，一米二的床，情侶肯定住不下，我帶娃都快住不下了…… 另外，這是個彩虹友好店呢～

Overall this place was just ok. Japan has a high bar for hotels, most of them are going to be good, if not great. This hotel just has a lot of small annoyances that add up and made it my least favorite hotel out of the four I stayed at on this trip. First the good: Good location within walking distance of the two big malls in Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills. Two metro lines stop nearby. The hotel itself is nice but feels slightly dated. There’s a view of Tokyo Tower from most of the rooms but especially higher floors. Overall I liked Roppongi. It seems like a place where real Tokyoites live and work as opposed to the more popular places mobbed by tourists. The bad: The bathrooms. Incredibly small, with absolutely no space between the toilet, bathtub, and sink. I know Tokyo rooms are small but this bathroom is especially bad. Also, the floor in the bathroom is sunken, as in lower than the rest of the room so you have to step down every time you enter. This caught me by surprise more than once. Also the floor felt a bit unstable…kind of like it was made of a plastic layer you stand on above the real floor. At least it was clean. There’s a lot of weird unsafe parts of the room, which is especially a worry with kids. The step down into the bathroom I mentioned. There’s a sharp edge next to the bed on the couch/nightstand that I scratched myself on. There’s a glass table with pointy edges that just feels out of place in the tiny room. The plugs and light switches are right in the middle of the bed headrest which makes them easy for kids to play with and makes it so your charging cables are running across the bed. The elevator is annoying. It ALWAYS stops on the 3rd floor (reception) no matter what. The ground level exit is on the 2nd floor, so you always stop unnecessarily on 3 when either entering or exiting the hotel. The 1st floor is inexplicably the parking area behind the hotel, don’t get caught assuming the first floor is the ground level exit. There’s a real lack of breakfast in the area. The hotel breakfast opens later (7:30?), we never went because it was too late. One day we just gave up and ate breakfast at FamilyMart. Roppongi is not well connected to the rest of Tokyo on the Metro. Most places you want to go are going to require a transfer. Neither of the lines that stop near the hotel go directly to Tokyo station. Both Haneda and Narita require extra transfers. Even Shibuya which is not far away at all requires two trains or a bus. Especially annoying if you have luggage or kids in tow.

我出差住了一晚。在六本木的十字路口附近,從車站出口就到了酒店周圍有便利店、餐館和藥店,出差什麼的都很方便。房間有需要的東西,也有加溼空氣淨化器。不小,但不寬敞...總覺得昭和的獨特製作。在商務酒店用了房鑰匙,不是卡在々久了。前台的工作人員的感受,不是太友好,也不是很勉強,但是很謙虛,但是氣氛很好。

在六本木Remm和銀座五丁目酒店糾結了一下，結合我們在東京的行程，以及看好Remm房間裏的按摩椅，最後還是定了這裏，總體是個不錯的選擇。從鎌倉回東京乘湘南新宿線可以到惠比壽，日比谷線2站就到六本木了。這裏距離六本木hills和Tokyo Midtown都步行可達。我們要去的哈利波特東京影城可以坐大江户線不用換乘，去銀座購物也可以日比谷線直達。因為要泡澡所以定了24平米的雙床房，兩個人住完全夠用。房間窗户可以看見東京塔。第一天比較累直接就在酒店二樓的敍敍苑解決了晚餐。户型有點奇怪開門先看見的是床，床對面才是洗漱台和衞生間。前台服務比較冷漠，自助辦理入住入住及退房時，服務稱不上熱情。

寶藏酒店，應該剛開沒多久，位置絕了！地鐵日比谷線-六本木站2號口出來就是！要坐右手邊的電梯上6樓。房間在日本真的算大的，設施超級全！連微波爐和自動售賣機都有😂 不過給我的房間是最靠邊，有點吵，好在躺在床上就能看到晴空塔，也就沒換。Hills midtown 兩大商場樓下拐角即到！森美術館，新國立美術館步行十分鐘就到，真的太方便了！性價比真的👍

訂這個酒店時，以為它就在六本木中心地帶，入住後發現這裏離六本木之丘還有一段距離，但離東京塔很近。在去東京塔閑逛的路上，發現酒店後面就是剛開業的麻布台之丘，這裡有東京最高大樓，很多奢侈品大牌店馬上開業，這裏已成為東京時尚新地標！酒店的房間挺大，這在東京真難得！看酒店照片是個高樓，但房間都在大廈的一至五層，沒有什麼風景。

We stayed 3 nights and was well impressed. We had been hesitant as all the Ksamil hotels are relatively cheap. The hotel was clean and the cleaners are evident in the communal areas. Breakfast was nice and fresh and ommlette cooked to order no exrra charge. Staff genuinely warm and helpful. We did half day at Butrint archilogical site well worth seeing and also drove to Peret to natural thermal spring a long drive through Girokaster. We had a superior side sea view room which was good size for 3 nights. Paradise beach just 5 mins away walk was nice and only 10 mins further to the main beach and view of the 3 islands.

Amazing location. Close to everything. 1 minute away from the beach too. We booked the suite which also had a jacuzzi. It was clean, fresh, big and the view was breathtaking. You can see the whole city and the sea. The staff was extremly helpful, kind and paid attention to every detail. The breakfast was so delicious and you could find a lot of variety of food and drinks. 10/10 and will always be my ”go to” whenever I come back to Saranda😃😍

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel di recente ed abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. Ida, che gestisce la struttura, è carinissima, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile con tutti gli ospiti. É stato davvero un piacere😊 Posizione strategica: vicino all'unica spiaggia libera di Ksamil così come al centro, senza peró essere in mezzo al ******. Letti comodi e stanza confortevole, unica pecca il bagno un po' piccolino,ma comunque funzionale, e l'insonorizzazione della stanza; fortunatamente eravamo tutti ospiti molto tranquilli quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo. Colazione e caffé espresso TOP🤩

(剛從SARANDA2019-06-24回來)。現在很少遇到像Agimi這樣好的體驗了,差不多所有的事情都已經發生了。你感覺自己像個客人,阿爾巴尼亞的主人對待你非常的尊重和關心。我和六個瑞典朋友一起到那裏旅行,他們以前從未去過阿爾巴尼亞,他們都有過很棒的經歷。房間很棒,新裝修的浴室,wifi在我們預訂的所有三個房間中都工作得很好。清潔人員每天都做得很好。他們有一個美麗的新建成的無邊泳池,有新鮮食物的很棒的餐廳。工作人員不願意解決沒有任何問題。我甚至帶着我們附近的一家商店買的瓶酒倒下,需要拔瓶塞鑽,他們立刻把我們分了出去。我的一位朋友摔倒了,傷了她的腳趾。當她回到酒店時,工作人員沒有讓我們問她,就給她治了傷。像家人一樣爲她擔心。你可以告訴他們他們很關心。如果你考慮阿吉米,請馬上預訂這家酒店,你不會後悔的!

The hotel is located off the main artery of the Esplanade, situated on a hill overlooking the city. This gives you a view of the bay of the city. (only the rooms with a view of the sea). The hotel is otherwise clean and quiet. The rooms are small. The breakfast is not recommended. The fried eggs and sausages are cold and tasteless. Attention when checking out. They try to trick you by telling you that you have taken (consumed) drinks from the minibar. This happened to us. Therefore, when you checked in take photos of the minibar (as proof of what was yours!) Of course we refused to pay!!! (We visit several hotels a year (over 20 hotels) but this has never happened to us). The sleep quality of the beds is not good. The beds are hard. The pillows too stiff and uncomfortable. The price-performance ratio is very bad. We have had better and more pleasant hotels for the price paid. All in all, we give the 2 value points for the cleanliness and the view.

Nice position, right in the main road of Ksamil but not good for for the price we payed. The cleaning staff was really nice and helpful but the waiter/receptionist should change his job, not a smiling person in the wrong business: arrogant, rude and not helpful. Our toilet was leaking and after 2 days they changed our room: good but not enough. The air conditioner had a problem with the plug and wasn’t working, at the tv we couldn’t change channel and we couldn’t go to sleep before midnight because the hotel is just next door with a restaurant with loud music and annoying noises. The breakfast is everyday the same: cold sausage, cold fried egg and fake sugary juice. If you want a coffee you have to pay extra. For the average price you pay in ksamil this hotel is over priced for the things you get. Wrong choice to pick ilio for your ksmail holiday. Plenty of other hotel options with the same amount of money. From my points of view this is a 2 stars hotel, not 4 stars.

我建議這家酒店閉眼如果你想在薩蘭德度過美麗的假期不毀了你它新近現代,理想地坐落,離海灘幾分鐘的步行,離市中心有點+(很有活力),很乾淨,早餐很美味,準備了幾分鐘(不是一個自助餐系統,但是你必須在清單上標記你想要吃的東西。酒店屬於一個可愛的家庭,經營着。每個人都有角色,他們很可愛,很有幫助,很聽聽,他們適應你的需要(他們給我早餐的奶不含乳糖,我們離開的那天打電話給我們出租車,他們離開我們離開的那天我們離開房間,這樣我們就可以留下行李,最後一次洗,...)。如果我要回薩蘭達,我就毫無疑問會回這家酒店。

The location of the property is beautiful, with a small private beach. The gardens are well maintained, and very pretty. The hallway carpets could use a good wash, as they look dirty, even at the beginning of the season. We stayed in one of the villas, and it was noisy, because of the street and the bar right next to the street. The music from the bar was loud until the early hours of the morning. The room of the villa itself was ok, quality comparable to a Super 8, but definitely not 5-star resort quality. However, the room was clean. The bathroom was not great. The shower does not have a door so the water gets all over the floor every time you shower. The spa, we were never able to use because it only opened on the weekends, and for very limited hours. So for the guests that stay there during the week... sorry no spa for you. The rooftop terrace we were not able to see because it was not opened, but even when it is opened, you can only have access by paying an extra fee. The food at the restaurant by the beach was really good and fresh. The breakfast buffet was ok. It was not included in our room charge, so we had to pay extra, but it is included in other room packages to my knowledge. The hotel does not offer any iron or ironing board in the room, so if you have to iron clothes, you will need to pay extra (And it was not cheap). We went across the street and bought an iron so we could iron our clothes! The staff was great, very polite, and very helpful. Overall, this is a good hotel, but do not expect 5 Star Quality, even though it is advertised as a 5 Star Resort. It is definitely not a 5-star Resort.

Tutto perfetto, 8 giorni passati in questa struttura meravigliosi, fantastici, fin dall'inizio quando il gestore Vaggelis è venuto a prenderci x portarci nell'appartamento, è sempre stato presente per darci consigli , molto disponibile e gentile, e anche la sua famiglia sono persone eccezionali, meravigliose, che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. L'ambiente oltre ad essere bellissimo, con una bellissima visuale, è perfettamente curato , pulitissimo, non manca nulla, un posto tranquillo...grazie ancora! Spero di tornarci presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a conduzione familiare per 5 giorni, Nico il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze dandoci valide indicazionie e suggerimenti per la vacanza. L hotel ha un parcheggio privato è sempre molto pulito e le camere, pulite giornalmente con cambio di biacheria compreso, sono arredate con mobilio nuovo e funzionale, la struttura appena fuori dal centro di Saranda gode di silenzio utile per dormire (ad agosto le strade sono invase dai rumori del traffico e dalla musica alta dei tanti locali ) La colazione è ricca abbondante ci sono sia prodotti salati che dolci, una nota di merita per le marmellate fatte in casa. La colazione si paga a parte ma ne vale la pena anche perché il costo del cornetto e cappuccino è lo stesso dei bar della citta, leggermente superiore il costo della colazione internazionale a buffet. Assolutamente un bel soggiorno

Nice, friendly, family run hotel. It is right on the main road so weight of traffic in the season can be an issue (as it will be for the majority of hotels in town) but that does mean clear sea views and great sunsets over the bay. It's just out of the main downtown area, so noise from the clubs and bars aren't an issue. Showers are good, water piping hot, breakfast is standard Albanian and tastely. Wifi was a bit sketchy at times, so is cell signal - but that was down to volume of people using it...at 6am it worked great! :)
