我住的是全景房，一張單人床和一張雙人床，窗口是落地玻璃，望向獨立宮，所以整體感覺都很舒服，浴室也十分大，三人同時站在企缸裏也沒有問題。可是隔音十分差。早上經常聽到隔離房間的聲音，和收拾房間的職員努力工作的聲音。還有一樣事情我百思不得其解，就是每天早上8點多，收拾房間的職員都會拍我們房門問我們要不要清潔（我們已按了Don’t disturb的按鈕）有次我們還在睡覺沒有回應，他們拍卡進來看見我們在睡覺便走了，過了半小時後他們打內線電話來問要不要清潔…是越南人十分勤力，還是其他特別原因？😅只是這方面令我扣分。

I experienced tons of issues with staff .That mostly came from very low or mostly zero understanding of English. Also technical issues such as i moved rooms twice due to the room phones or Tv did not work. (So stayed in 3 rooms in one week, they did upgrade me though, to room with a window) Noting when I first came to bathroom the floor looked extremely dirty sport all over the floor, I think staff must have forgotten to clean, first I felt discouraged so I took the free toothbrush put soap on it to see if could removed the hundreds of spots, I could not, so I guess someone spilled chemical or something that the tiles could not “resist”? Later I saw other bathroom floors look exactly the same, so I was right, some fault with the tiles they used, cuz two other bathrooms I saw later had other floor tiles with no issues. Also it happen a few times we ask staff to clean room and they forgot it? Sometimes they just come give water or toilet paper and forget water & coffee 🧐 First room I stay in Tv and Netflix worked fine , but room phone dead, next room TVs Netflix out of order as well as room phone dead. A “technician” was sent to room (Zero English) didn’t fix the issues Change room again , the staff then told us that Netflix has not worked for 1-2 years in hotel (despite it did work in first room🤣) Third room also issues with Tv Netflix YouTube “technician” came and had zero as in ZERO English also Zero knowledge how to fix Netflix, did not understand simple word “Log out” he also unable to fix the TV problems. Finally I fixed it my self. More issues: Pool very unkept very green , pool area dirty and spa pool no bobbles? Pool was later cleaned up👏 There were many small ants in room on 10 floor. I asked 3 times for iron and was promised they bring one to my room, it never came so my wife picked it up herself. The two managers I meet Amanda & Ken speaks perfect English and are trying to be very helpful, but their job gets impossible with their poorly or un trained staff. I would recommend you arrange free English classes for general staff if you wanna attract more foreigners. I will publish my final review after checking out😘🧐

我進入嘉義中心五星級飯店時喜歡他們的服務人員每一個都超有禮貌彬彬有禮的像我們招呼，也會幫我們噴酒精那些因現在疫情還是比較不穩定所以還是得噴注意自身安全再來他們的服務態度都非常的良好，也幫我們說明這房間的鑰匙怎麼開鎖那些然後他們也會幫我們提著行李帶到我們所住的房間指引著我們，進入到自己住的房間時他們的房間裡有一股香香的味道讓我感覺整個裡面房間的，環境乾乾淨淨的跟外面相比差很多呢！！會讓人想再去住一次～電視那些景色都非常的優美只能說嘉義的飯店讓我愛不釋手住了一晚醒來之後他們也會有自助餐吃到飽的早餐飯店該有的餐點餐點也非常好吃不會覺得讓人很難吃的那種感覺真的是非常的讚所以希望下一次如果有這種飯店我一定會在去一次因為服務態度好之外餐點也非常的好吃簡直完美無缺的那種形容詞最後我們也跟著服務人員說聲謝謝辛苦了以上我的心得報告。

Pros: - Very friendly female owner at reception, also 24/7. - I felt safe as a solo female traveller. - Room was nice and cool with a strong fan (I didn’t need a/c which is rare). - Clean. - Chain and lock on door. - Good location as it’s quiet. I was on the first floor looking out towards the road. - Used as a layover for 11 hours. - Has soap, shampoo etc and minibar. Nice to know: - They don’t speak English, but tbh, it’s not necessary anyway if you’re just checking in and out. - Bring an eye mask if you prefer complete darkness. - You have to carry up your luggage just to get to reception, but I had two bags and there was someone there that helped me. There’s an elevator to the floors. Great value for money and purpose!

分享此次恐怖的住宿經驗給其他人知道這間飯店是新蓋飯店營運應該還沒有一個月，價格是日本街這邊也算中上在google review 上也是清一色好評，這次住宿後想把真實體驗分享給大家知道先說這次住宿優點： 1.硬體設備很新 2.房間很乾淨再來說缺點： 1.早餐選擇很少，正常以住宿價格來說早餐不應該簡單成這樣，這間提供的早餐比較像便宜越南旅館提供的早餐 2. Wifi 到凌晨12點會自動斷線，約等10-15分鐘後又會恢複 3. 飯店會不正常跳電，半夜常被熱醒發現因為飯店跳電冷氣自動關閉需要自己再重開這次住宿遇到最恐怖的事情是早上9：30吃完飯店早餐準備回房繼續休息時飯店再次跳電，看到電梯也失去電源時只能慶幸自己沒在電梯裡面，飯店雖然說很快會有電但從9：30一直斷電到11點才恢復正常，詢問了住在附近飯店的朋友說他們那邊電都正常，看來單純是這家飯店的問題。 11點我覺得飯店體驗太差想check out ，去櫃檯辦理時服務人員有跟我說請等待大約5分鐘讓房務檢查房間，我在沙發區等了15分鐘後看櫃檯人員一直在跟我後面一個越南客人聊天，我忍不住就比較兇的問了我到底check out 完成了沒，櫃檯人員就看著我問了一句冰箱飲料你有取用嗎？我說沒有就被回了一句Ok, you can go... 這次住宿體驗算是數一數二差的，以後也不會再選這間住宿

Just a few steps away from the lively ben thanh market. Wonderful night life surrounded by many cafes, massage places and good food options. There are traffic lights in this area making it easy and safe to cross the streets. But disappointed that the hotel lobby isn't air conditioned and that 1 of the 2 showers in each of the connecting rooms doesn't come with hot water. Only 2 small bottles of water free, it wasn't clear and they charged for the rest :/

Really nice affordable place to stay in district 1. The apartments are cosy with a small lounge room (some have a balcony) and your bed is up stairs. On the 5th floor is a rooftop patio and laundry that you can use. The owner is really helpful and makes a whattsapp group so you can ask questions etc. Our daughter was ill via whattsapp the owner recommend a doctor and nearby chemist. Just outside the door you can buy drinks and there is a number of good restaurants nearby by. Ben Thanh Market is just 10 minutes by foot away and you can easily get a Grab for a few dollars to anywhere in the area

The Odys is a tricky one for us to review. Overall we stayed 3 nights during our trip, 2 nights together then a break and a further night after a trip to the mekong. The hotel itself is quite nice.. nothing really wrong with it as such, the rooms were clean and had everything in there like all the others we've stayed in during our time in Vietnam. I wouldn't really call the Odys a ”Boutique” hotel but that's a matter of opinion.. but where we feel the Odys was a let down in this regard was that ”personal” feeling. Earlier in our trip we stayed in many places and all of them without question made us feel like we'd been before.. and in the case of multiple nights and multiple visits indeed the return welcome felt very personal (Bonsella.. you are the best in this regard during our trip!). The staff in reception were pleasant and polite but but it did seem very ”clinical” in approach? Maybe the city thing? But in our opinion it was a little too sterile feeling for a ”boutique” hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was fine, with the usual options available but the staff in the restaurant were our least preferred of the whole trip (anywhere in Vietnam), they were disorganised to say the least.. There were plenty of them around but service wasn't exactly the best. We did take advantage of one of the offers for the restaurant one night, booking a table by the side for a good city view. When we arrived that evening we find that the table we booked had been given to someone else, and in fact there was no mention of our booking. We waited and before long another suitable table became available. After eating we got the bill, and queried why the offer wasn't applied. We were told in order to get the offer we needed to book a table beforehand, this was by the very same person who led us to the table after finding out our booked table had already been given to someone else. It was sorted out, but this is just one of many examples of the staff not being the best. Oddly enough it was also the only place in Vietnam where we struggled with staff not being able to speak English (very few seemed to?), this took us by surprise as even in the remote locations in the north this didn't seem an issue. So In summary, we think this hotel is ok for the night, but that boutique feel is not there, its much more of a large hotel kind of feeling.

#周邊環境#主路一個小路口，巷子進去在最裡面，左邊☜。很不容易找到，因為攜程和google mpa的地址有些誤差。 #酒店環境#屬於民宿自己房子改的，店門是一個服裝店，很小。進去后可以詢問一下裏面的人。 #酒店服務#不知是溝通錯誤還是怎樣，我女朋友越南人，頭晚我們租了一輛摩托車，晚上酒店的人說放門口旁邊就好，也看到有保安(結果不是該酒店的)接下來就是一大堆麻煩事了，如下↓ #停車#該酒店不提供停車服務，並未給我們講清楚，導致第二天一早出門車“丟了”(去領事館辦事也耽誤)，最後中午查明被當地所謂的城管把車拖走了，也沒留下任何紙條。車也是租的，還罰了款，車沒拿回來，最後讓租車主去處理的。真的是耽誤正事，很是無語……欲哭無淚如果沒有這件事情，我還是會推薦這家民宿。

The location is great, the best, Family mart is right next to it. It’s a hostel/ home stay but I stayed in Lemongrass private room, which is clean, spacious and comfortable. They have make your own breakfast service right at the reception, it’s nice but the kitchen is dirty downstairs, so I stopped having breakfast there, but so many cafes around so it’s not a problem. Recommend to everyone. Price is affordable.

我們在這裏的越南度過了前兩個晚上。工作人員非常友好,非常渴望幫助(甚至通過語言障礙)。房間有點過時,但仍然很舒適。A/C工作得很好,浴室裏滿是洗漱用品,免費早餐很好吃!距離旅遊/觀光區稍遠,但距離帶你去的幾輛當地巴士非常近(大約30美分加拿大),在門口有噸的探索和體驗。肯定會再次回去!

Wonderful property, we got upgraded to a two bedroom serviced apt. Decort and layout was beautiful. Washer and drier were a great help but drier didnt operate well. Rooms were spottless. Reception staff were very helpful from our arrival on, helping print tickets etc. Pool was beautiful and spottless with towels available. The restaurant beside the pool,was lovely, food and service excellent. Want to compliment Son (I think thats the spelling) i left my bank card behind and she called to,our room with it, so a kind gesture and honesty is wonderful so THANK YOU. Would def book when we return to Ho Chi Minh.

14年的四月17到21,我們入住這裏,酒店的服務員很靈活,我們的到時候是十點半,早早就登記,我們住的是豪華房,很大,早餐不差,但是希望廚師能夠每两天換一下菜單,第二天的晚上我們到西貢河玩,我丟了我的三星手機(剛買三個月)但是幸運的是他們沒有拿走我的錢包,否則,我要補很多的證件和報告,因為有身份證,現金和三張的銀行卡在裏面,我回到酒店,請求幫助,前台的服務員帶我到警察局,錄口供,在警察局,沒有一個警察會說英語,幸運的是湯米先生跟我一起,幫我翻譯,因為已經是晚上七點了,警察局下班了,我們第二天早上來交報告,因為需要局長的簽字,和蓋章,因為是第三天了,我預定了頭頓市的旅行,沒有辦法,湯米先生幫我,真的非常感謝他,一定還會再來的。

RiverGate ，酒店式公寓的地點很棒，已多次入住，位於第4郡，過橋就是繁華的西貢1郡，樓下就有7-11跟超商，還有泳池跟健身房，周公寓的管理者服務很棒，且有多間房型選擇，這次入住4間1房1廳1衛浴1廚房型的房間，雖然可惜朋友都不在同樓層，但服務真的很棒，屋型還有2或3房型，下次有機會一定再選擇入住😊😊😊👍👍👍👍

My stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible. The apartment was stylish and luxurious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The convenience of being located within the Vinhome Building was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access the observation deck, where I could take in the stunning panoramic views. The presence of local restaurants, cafes, and shops made my stay extremely convenient. I highly recommend the apartment.

我被嚇到了。身為一個女人，我獨自一人。據說今晚有派對~ 我加入了聚會，以為一切都很順利。他們一直強迫我喝酒我出去了，醒了醒，又回去了。他們正在拆除他們的住所。但是，除了男性之外，還有 5 名女性前往酒店。大家都去的氣氛讓我有種奇怪的感覺。我拉起了我住的房間裡所有的百葉窗。只有我一個人，那邊的航空母艦好像是用來偽裝的（？）… 我有個人的感覺，所以天一亮我就逃跑了。我有點害怕ㅠㅠ
