We spent two nights at this hotel. Because it seemed very unsafe to leave the property. We ate all of our meals there. Most of them were good. But when we went to the sky bar for dinner, we got scammed. We asked the bartender for two glasses of a Chardonnay. He told us he did not have it by the glass. So we asked to see the wine list to see if we could order a bottle. He then checked the refrigerator at the bar and took out three bottles of white wine. One of them was Chardonnay, and the other two were Sauvignon blanc. We asked him how much the bottle of Chardonnay was he said he did not know and he checked the wine list, but it was not on the list according to him He made several phone calls and inquiries to find out how much the bottle of wine was. After about 15 minutes with no answer and the wine sitting there getting warm and us wanting to have a drink, we asked him to just go ahead and open it because we had looked at the wine list and the wines listed were mostly around $60. The wine was fine, but certainly nothing great. When we got the check, they charged us about $250 for the bottle of wine. We were stunned. We enjoy wine, but I can honestly say we have never had a bottle of wine that cost $250. Especially one that was pulled out of the refrigerator at the bar. It didn’t even come from a wine cellar. When we questioned it, another woman who I assume was a manager came over and pointed to the wine list and showed us that it was the one that was marked $1,100,000 Madagascar That equates to about $250. They had already taken the bottle away so we couldn’t even question whether that was the same bottle but either way there is certainly a question why they couldn’t find the price for the bottle that we had if it was right there on the wine list. I think they just scammed us. The rest of the hotel stay was nice the rooms were fine and the Spa technicians were really excellent Breakfast buffet was good as well. But I would never send anybody to this hotel, knowing that they feel comfortable scamming. Guests. It was an awful feeling.

I’m a frequent (NGO) business traveler throughout east and southern Africa… Staying here is a delight… everything works! great location, many food options, including a great restaurant right in a hotel, good business/conference accommodations, bilingual (maybe tri or quad-lingual) and very accommodating staff.. special shout out to Joanna’s, Myriam’s and Miore for extra attentive service!

Fantastic location for families with small children. A cinema is just a hop step & a jump. Clean Cozy Rooms. Heated outdoor swimming pool. The highlight of this hotel is the Tamboho Restaurant. Many Sports can be watched. While sipping your favourite drink & enjoying delicious Food A shopping mall & a food court is just across the hotel 🙏🇱🇰🙏

我之前在carlton hotel住過一晚，然後就轉過來在這裏住上兩晚。比較之下我喜歡這裏多得很多，原因有以下；這裏裝修設計比較新穎容易令人接受，沒有carlton hotel的老套，這裏整體環境很光亮，房間也很寬敞，我住的房間有露台可以看見整個獨立大道的樣貌和中央市場，那天晚上還有幸看見他們放煙花慶祝他們的足球隊伍勝利。景觀十分開。餐廳的食物也比較好。雖然這裏說是四升級，但我覺得這裏更加好。

這不是一個目的地,如果你需要去機場和/或從機場出發開車5-10分鐘並避免進入塔那那利佛的大部分混亂,你真的很想呆在這裏。入住效率高,友好,雖然行李搬運工有點過分熱心。房間過夜很好;很乾淨,牀還可以,浴室也很好(淋浴很好)。缺點包括很潮溼的毛巾,而且很吵。有游泳池,我們沒有使用,但看起來不錯。我們在餐廳吃了兩頓飯,很好。
