真的很好的住宿,但本來可以更好。酒店很棒,聖誕節裝飾得很好。大堂布置得很好,工作人員熱情。門進入正門,打開很重,因爲我們有嬰兒車和小孩以及行李。坐輪椅不容易到達,但確實有一個斜坡。我們得到了一樓的9號房間,通過電梯進入,然後是3個單獨的樓梯。看到我們有一個嬰兒,嬰兒車,行李和一個2歲的孩子,我們得到了這個房間。我們無法讓嬰兒車通過門而不展開它,所以給這個房間真的非常無益,工作人員應該清楚地知道這一點。我們換了房間,不得不把所有的東西搬到3樓,這是一個更好的房間,更容易到達。房間很好,佈局很好,裝飾得很高標準。我們在32房間,我會再住在這裏。酒店不提供早餐。我們在酒吧吃晚餐,食物標準相當差,但我們餓了。我要求在酒吧供應的餐廳菜單中吃食物,因爲我們有孩子,我們的朋友也是如此,但被告知不可能。酒吧服務很差,我們幾次清理了自己的桌子。由於一個問題需要一週才能解決,沒有啤酒。酒店足夠好,但工作人員真的需要上游戲。

環境特別優美，衞生還是不錯的，位置很好，價格還很實惠

We have just had a lovely couple of nights at the Commercial hotel in Tarland - it was our first visit and we will most definitely return So many good things about this hotel, firstly I’ve got to say the food is absolutely fabulous! A huge plate with all home cooked fresh food, it was difficult to choose what we wanted as it was all so good. I can personally recommend the vegetarian shepherds pie, the steak pie, the schnitzel and the linguini - I think one of the best pub meals experience I’ve had, hats off to the chef! Then I must mention the customer service, really excellent, so friendly with a lot of good humoured banter ☺️The bar lady in particular was fabulously attentive and Mo who is on at breakfast time is a hoot and is really attentive and friendly, the breakfast is lovely too. The rooms are really clean and the bed (and pillows) as comfortable as anything Would really recommend this place, you would not be disappointed Thanks to all the staff for a memorable stay xx
