Overnachting was prima. Wel waren de kamers (bedden en kussen) van mindere kwaliteit dan ik gewend ben bij vd Valk. Diner was matig, kaart erg beperkt en ouderwets. Duurde erg lang voor het eten werd opgediend. Wel deden ze het erg leuk voor de kinderen met een kleurplaat en knuffel. Dit werd zeker gewaardeerd. Ontbijt was erg lekker en ruim voldoende keuze.

Das Hotel a&o liegt direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Mit der Straßenbahn 125 kommt man direkt an den Central Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer und das Hotel war sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt.

Hotel is nice in the City center about five minutes walk from the busy streets and 10 minutes from the train station. Room was pretty outdated, it was clean but could do with a modern upgrade. Only one wall outlet in the room. Bathroom was clean but when you showered there is water everywhere. Also the rooms were very noisy, you could hear other guests and as we were in the weekend these guest were very loud throughout part of the night. Also the noise from outside was quite loud although we were put on a high floor you could hear traffic. Breakfast was good, enough choice and you could get a fresh made scrambled or fried egg. Coffee was good too (very important in the morning). I found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Parking right below the hotel is great.

飯店距離中央車站約步行約 8 分鐘，若要到 Den Haag 和 Delft ，搭車很方便。離熱鬧的街區和市內景點，也都步行可及。到 Kinderdijk 就一定要搭車了。check-in 櫃台在二樓，可搭電梯或走樓梯上去。若抵達時還沒到入住時間，可以先寄放行李，直接先去逛街。房間內的床和衞浴都很乾淨，牆面和地毯感覺像是剛翻新過沒多久，相當新穎。 員工非常親切，樂於提供旅遊建議。值得一提的是，因為我們買了 Museumkaart ，上網註冊時需提供住址，以供寄送正卡 (如果只用購買時拿到的臨時證，最多只能參觀 6 間博物館)。我只好留下這裡的地址，並在幾天前寫 email 給旅館。員工馬上回覆了，會幫我留意是否有信件。入住當晚，客服主管記得這件事，我們就順利地拿到正卡了。真是超值的服務啊！Thanks a lot, Nikkie。 旅館早餐是可以 take-away 的，對趕早班飛機的我們，真是相當方便。一切都好，硬要吹毛求疵的話，這裏是我們在荷蘭停留的 5 間旅館中，唯一早餐沒有提供 scrambled egg 的！@_@

非常好的一家公寓酒店🏨，位置超級方便，從鹿特丹中央火車站正門出站后右手邊馬路對麪，酒店的設施和服務都很好，公寓的電磁爐功率很大，足夠自己做飯吃，酒店距離市中心，購物街和拱廊市場，立體方塊屋都不是很遠，步行都可以到達。酒店不遠有超市，大商場和中餐廳。

Hotel con una ottima posizione vicino molte attrazioni di interesse turistiche; il porto e i suoi locali sono raggiungibili a piedi. Insonorizzazione perfetta : durante il mio soggiorno l'albergo era circondato da grandi lavori di ristrutturazione per la strada con l'utilizzo di grandi mezzi ma all'interno della stanza non si sentiva nulla. Da notare però che le stanze da noi occupate erano piccole con poco spazio a disposizione (dalla fine del letto al muro la distanza era veramente poca) ed erano equipaggiate con l'essenziale.

The hotel seems like an annex to Hotel Emma in Rotterdam (2 min walking from Umplugged). Room is super cute decorated and clean, and the mattress is amazingly comfortable. Location is also really convenient, close to metro station and 10 min walk from Rotterdam Central Station. There is also a street close by with bars and nice brunch places. We book the hotel with my boyfriend for only one night after a concert in the Rotterdam Ahoy, but it was actually a really good place to stay longer! :)

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many sights and shops as well as the metro and tram if you want to travel further away. The rooms facing the canal have a nice view but it's a shame the windows are small. There is a good car park next door to the hotel but hotel guests get no discount for parking there (24 Euros per night). Rooms are on the small side but fine for a couple of nights. They include a safe, which is nice to have. The hotel is not cheap, though. Around 200 Euros per night (without breakfast or parking) for a basic hotel chain like Ibis is quite steep. For that money, the hotel should at least make sure the curtains are not full of holes! They don't seem to have family rooms either, so families have to pay for two rooms per night.

The hotel is well located in the center of Rotterdam, the room is clean and the price is not excessive. There is no air conditioning, but there is a large, quiet ceiling fan. For breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant which is located three minutes walk from the hotel where you receive a hearty and varied breakfast, but always the same every day. Having stayed five days, I received five tickets for breakfast. However, I learned on the penultimate day that the restaurant only opens at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, instead of 7:30 a.m. on other days. As this did not suit me at all because I had to take a train at 9:15 a.m., I requested a refund for this last ticket, which was categorically refused. I don't understand at all this non-commercial and rigid attitude for a customer who stayed five days, especially since the host could resell this unused ticket to a next customer.

This is an old hotel renovated to be modern but still maintain the elegance of long ago. The room is small but adequate. The staff is kind and the breakfast is complete. The bathroom has a tub shower with plenty of hot water. Also it is within walking distance of the train station and many other attractions.

Cet hôtel est parfait. Il est extrêmement bien situé, près du marché public et des maisons cubiques. À pied, il n’en faut que 5 minutes pour se rendre à la station de métro Blaak. Le quartier est beau, agréable, sécuritaire et compte des nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, fournit des renseignements pertinents avec le sourire. Le café y est délicieux! La revitalisation du bâtiment Bauhaus est franchement réussi. Les chambres sont parfaites! Vraiment n c’est magnifique! Une très belle expérience, à répéter!!

歐洲的酒店多數規模很小，鹿特丹這家酒店，位置超讚，位於火車站附近，地鐵就在門口。酒店大堂傢俱不多，使大堂顯得有些空曠，房間寬敞明亮，衞生間也不小，和國內五星級酒店類似，這個房價在歐洲算是很不錯的配置了，我們去的時候是歐洲大假期收尾的一週，週一到週五價格實惠，週末價格高出近一倍。酒店的自助早餐很贊，特別是配有現場自助榨橙汁的機器，喝的時候自己動手，絕對的鮮榨橙汁，不是超市那種瓶裝的果汁，還沒遇到第二家有這種設備的酒店，特意拍了照片髮圈，哈哈😂 因為酒店的交通便利，房價適中，早餐豐富，我們在酒店住了三晚，立足鹿特丹，前往代爾夫特，海牙，周邊遊，下次去鹿特丹必選希爾頓酒店，強烈推薦👍👍👍

這家酒店是一流的。我的家人呆了一個周末，享受每一分鐘。這家酒店質量高，風景和位置都很好。房間超級好，包括一個神話般的浴缸-在這種情況下您很少看到。水療中心是一個額外的好處。而且，餐廳的食物很好。總體而言，工作人員非常友好，而且價格具有競爭力。我們強烈建議。

We booked 2 nights at this hotel coming from Germany. It had a super convenient location (only 2 tram stops from central station) upon checking in we paid €26 plus €20 key deposit to park the car for 2 days, the car park was about a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms: The room was large and clean, missing cups for the coffee machine and also didn’t have a safe as advertised so I had to carry the valuables around all weekend, also you were not able to lock the hotel door from the inside. The bathroom was large and modern and had an extractor fan that didn’t work. The cleanliness was top marks from me. Noise: I appreciate it was the weekend so some noise is inevitable, but the noise went on until 3am because every time someone entered the building none of the doors had a quiet close on them, they just slammed shut. We were situated on the ground floor and you could clearly hear the people above moving around and using the toilet (possibly due to the fact that all bedroom floors are Lino and not carpeted. Breakfast: I only have positive things to say in regard to the breakfast as there was a good variety of fresh foods for everyone. Checking out: Upon checkout we got the car and drove back to load the bags. When giving the car park key they said we hadn’t paid any deposit (see above) and asked if we had a white slip! We didn’t as nobody gave us one (Make sure you get a white slip) so we had to stand and keep our strength to get the deposit back. Overall: Not my style of hotel, the online pictures show it in a much better light. Super convenient location. Better hotels near the harbour for the same price. I wouldn’t return but I will say it was an experience.

It was an amazing stay. Everything worked properly and the personnel is great. Additionally, the place is greatly connected with other parts of the city and especially with the train station (Rotterdam Central), which is a valuable attribute for those commuting for business purposes.

Arrangement met in room dining van mevrouw Meijer. Goed verzorgd en fijn uitje tijdens de coronatijd. Hip en trendy kamer, koffie en theezet faciliteiten, platenspeler en superdouche. Mooi uitzicht ook. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Service mag van ons iets persoonlijker.
