Room119 smelt like sewer, toilet flushing mechanically faulty, shower would not drain, shower spigot does not easily function. Otherwise convenient location.

Heard good reviews about breakfast buffet and it was just so so. Only eggs and sausage for hot items.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many options. The pool was closed, there was an option at neighboring hotel, but had to walk outside to get there. Pool was one of the main reason we choose this hotel.

Staff ok in person. Rude over the phone when called to check reservation. Very unprofessional dress, sweatpants and sweatshirts. Can't tell if even works there other than sitting behind the desk. Hotels pool down for Holiday weekend. No notice on website or when called to check on reservation. PLUS we were able to use neighbor Hotels pool as that was the reason we got a hotel with pool for the kids to have fun. Beautiful room. Bed ok but not real comfortable. Hotel quite pretty.

The lady who checked me in was great. Upon waking I realized my bed around my head was covered with hair. Yet, I am bald. When I went down for breakfast and to leave I was the only person in the lobby. The gentleman at the counter never acknowledged me, although several times I walked right past him. When someone wakes at a hotel and the first person they encounter is a hotel employee, it is an opportunity to be part of a positive start to the morning.

Great property, wonderful breakfast both days. Room was very comfy, although the bed was a bit stiff for my liking. Bathroom shelving behind the door should be adjusted a bit so the door handle doesn't hit the shelf.

We had a large beautiful room, beds were very comfortable. The lobby was cozy and very friendly staff.

Check in was quick and the room was clean. Nice steakhouse attached to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel

Our front desk clerk was so wonderful. She made myself and my little puppy feel very welcome. Top notch customer service. Super comfy and clean room. Definitely staying again!
