The front dress clerk that checked me out was rude and seemed to just not want to be there. They also didn’t have breakfast the morning of our stay. The water pressure for the shower was extremely low. I love staying at Holiday Inns it’s my go to hotel when I travel but this one was just not it

Not the quality I was expecting from IGH. Busted chair, noisy fridge. Not a huge deal, just not what was expected for the money spent

We have stayed twice at this hotel and pleased both times. Flawless check in and friendly staff. Sharon who seems to work evening shifts very nice. Only issue is one nice elevator alarm kept dinging throughout the night but they call a repair man the next day. Beds are very comfortable. Close to ACU and convenient for restaurants and back and forth to campus.
