阿布西肯/大西洋城蘇佩旅館(Superlodge Absecon/Atlantic City)

Never stay here, if you do, I can promise you will read this again eventually and say "WOW" "I should have listened!" Where to start.... never try to or ask for early check-in , better shot at Regan getting another term in office. The manager is a middle eastern man in his late 40s early 50s , no smile, dark mustache and moderately obese. There is a $20 cash only key deposit that is listed no where. He makes no deal, no kidding. This guy will wait for the man to leave or step out before verbally attacking a female. He stops at nothing or so it seems. He called my wife names, screamed at her and threatened as they love to do to refuse service. Unfortunately there were just a couple things we had no choice and had to bite our lip. If you decide to stay a night or two longer because it's far cheaper than anywhere else, beware, they will make you check out at 11 and back in at 3pm. Ohh and by the way, you must leave the property or the police will be called. Or so he said at least. One last tidbit of advice, limit your baggage as they actually will complain about what they consider is excess... more than 2 bags each I believe. I should mention that my wife cleaned for a few hours prior to considering using the bathroom and shower. We generally know what to expect in hotels such as these, however, this place was disgusting. After sharing before and after pictures and having Trip.com speak first hand with these people we were actually given a partial discount immediately. This should tell you all you need to know. Also, the other subpar second rate hotel Empire is directly connected.. we were not aware of that and booked, upon arrival, we were turned away because of the issues at SuperLodge.

Absolutely horrible experience ever. Don't ever stay here.

So staff not friendly, had to pay 20 deposit got it back when they inspected room, which they never did. To check out had to wake staff up with phone call. Room was nasty, curtains on window warn out, fridge all rusted, mold around bathtub, didnt make bed up, did bring us towels but had black marks on them. Pillows were flat as a pancake, The outside is really deceiving but lesson learned would only recommend for in and out stay

The room had roaches. Was a non smoking room yet I found a burned-out cigarette behind the bed. The bed sheets were stained and disgusting. The cleaniness was horrible! The carpet was so dirty I don't think it's ever been shampooed since they were installed. The outside hallway was also carpeted and smelled like straight up urine. Horrible experience, i was booked for 2 nights and left the night before just preferred to drive home and sleep comfortably

Me and my family’s book 5 room in this hotel and the service was bad since we got here the man that check as in was rule the rooms where dirty the blanket had hole the air conditioner was brocket in one room walls had hole and where I went to the office to let them know they need to change my room or to at less change my blanket because the blanket had a hole he said he don’t have blankets that he don’t have a keys then I tolled him there no towels he said he don’t have towels so I started talking in Spanish with my husband since he don’t know English and he tolled as to stop talking Spanish In he hotel so the service is horrible and all the beds had blankets with hole on it

going to the property was fine. however the cleanness of that place was bad ice maker didnt work there was bugs coming out of the sink the tub looked dirty but if you need a place to stay and have a budget, then i suggest it. other then that THERE ARE WAAAAAY better motels then superlodge

No coat closet or hangers. No ironing board or iron, including at the front desk. Hair dryer did not work. Most electrical outlets did not work so we could not charge our cell phones or plug up both the refrigerator and microwave at the same time. Wifi connection was very weak and slow. The carpet was dirty and turned my socks black. The bed spreads were dirty and not changed. Sheets were not clean when we arrived and cleaning staff refused to change them during our stay. The blankets, and furniture had cigarette burn holes. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, urine, and body odor. False advertising issues: the laundry facilities did not work, the ice machine did not work, there was absolutely no continental breakfast.

it was so bad we checked in at 3:30 and checked out after dinner I have pictures horrible i have pictures...... Please call me 732-527-0864

The hotel in general was okay . If you’re just going to shower and change and sleep . There was no iron to iron your cloths and NO WI-FI AT ALL My partner had to work and couldn’t cause there wasn’t any Wi-Fi only in their office !!
