An amazing property to stay in, being an IHG employee it’s worth the price for a short staycation. Amenities and the technology installed are top notch. Right from arrival to coming across the housekeeping and bellperson and concierge everyone are very friendly and very eager to help! (Love the buggy service to transport you to the IC hotel) Would like to give a big shout out to Mica, Raad and Raouf who welcome you with a nice and genuine smile and very professional. All the best to them. Would be coming back to rejuvenate soon 😎

We stayed at the InterContinental Residences in Abu Dhabi for a week and what can I say? We felt comfortable from the first moment. We would like to thank the front office manager Mr Raouf and his whole team. Mr Stuart at the pool looked after our children so well. Thanks to all the gentlemen who took us in the golf cars to the InterContinental for dinner and Club lounge every day. We also want to thank the restaurant team at Select Restaurant in the Intercontinental, especially Mr. Lu, Ms. Jolina, Ms. Prity, Mr. Mansoor, it was an honor to be your guests. Mr. Lu made everything possible for us, even providing gluten-free food for our son was no problem. Everything at InterContinental Residences and Intercontinental Hotel is so clean, neat and tidy. The furniture is very trendy and high quality. The view from our room was awesome, right to the sea. Everyone is trying to do their best, is friendly and polite. We have rarely experienced such a high standard of service. We thank you for everything.

This restaurant and service is just incredible. Benjamin made incredible cocktails // even on special request 🎉 he made the best cocktails and the food was insane good quality- the whole team is outstanding // Megha also is a wonderful sunshine

Brand new property in 2023. Beautiful property, rooms, and grounds. Nice pool and beach area which were rarely occupied. There’s also the Beach Club property just around the boardwalk which included beach games, a swim up bar, pools, hot tubs, slides and inflatables for kids. I had a massage there which was a reasonable price and felt wonderful. There’s also a liquor store tucked away next to the property. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were upgraded to a two room suite, with three balconies and bathrooms. Amazing! I’d highly recommend this property!

My family comfort is very important to me that's why I'm always looking for a best hotel and I can say that is this one of the best hotel in Abu dhabi new hotel, new rooms and high-tech! Staffs are very nice you will see them all smiling especially the Filipina lady in the reception I forgot her name but every morning you will see her beautiful smile I will recommend this to my friends and hopefully we can go back here.

I would like to express my appreciations about Intercontinental Residence. At reception mica helped me a lot from the day that I checked in up to the day I checked out shes been looking for me during my stay and I feel special. In the concierge im really grateful to meet someone whos always smiling and helping me with my shopping bags his name zakaria. Next time, I will bring my family here

Pros: The hotel is still new-ish. Room was very large, beautifully designed and well maintained. The reception area and decor all look great. Housekeeping was perfect. Room service was prompt and food was good. Cons: We booked the hotel as an IHG ambassador and diamond member. Zero recognition of IHG status upon welcome. The hotel accepts AMB weekend night voucher but refuses any status benefits. This must be made clear on the booking page. Breakfast was refused for diamond members. Initially we were told this was due to IHG benefits not being recognised, but then the tone changed to say there is no restaurant at the hotel. All guests who pay cash for breakfast get them at the main (older) IC hotel. We wouldnt have booked here if there was no breakfast for diamonds and this hotel is not exempted in IHG terms. After a bit of back and forth, we were finally offered breakfast. Sadly, the breakfast at IC hotel is terrible. Repeated menu and poorly cooked western dishes. Front desk staff. The lady at the desk upon arrival appeared very eager to take payment more than anything else. I realised next day I was overcharged but it was promptly corrected when highlighted. The male staff at front desk seemed like robots with no greetings when guests enter or leave. Even the staff manning the doors were more friendly than the front desk. The only staff member who had a smile and was very helpful was Fayrouz. She suggested the desert tours which we liked very much.
