"Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience at Emirates Plaza Hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected. The staff wasn't very helpful, the room didn't meet my expectations, and the food quality and presentation were disappointing. 🙁 I hope hotel manager takes this feedback into consideration and make up for it. The only words i would say that dnt waste your money staying in this hotel Thanks!"

Отель очень старый,намного старее чем на фотках.На 1 и 3м этаже увесилительные заведения.Об этом оказывается есть информация по словам ресепшиониста. Но о чем нигде не написано это 1)Много пьяных мужчин.Контингент очень сомнительный.2) Музыка громко играет до 3:30 утра!!! Так что не рассчитывайте выспаться если вам рано просыпаться. 3)Холодильник старый и шумный. 4)Вентиляция (кондиционер) тоже очень шумный. 5)над дверь табличка с зеленым огнем горит не отключается.Мешает спать. В общем здесь есть все что помешает вам нормально отдохнуть! Сомневаюсь что кто-то здесь уже нормально убирается.На мебели везде отпечатки,что-то размазано.Шторы очень пыльные.Окна не знаю сколько лет уже не мыли ни снаружи,ни снутри.Очень влажно.Шторы особо не откроешь,потому что напротив какое-то общежитие,в основном живут не местные,а чернорабочие,приезжие. Из хорошего только персонал(кроме уборщиков) делают все быстро и вежливые

The air conditioner doesn't work, the ventilation fan in the room is noisy, and the bathroom smells like sewage. However, the staff's response was good. エアコンの効きは悪いし、 寝室の換気扇はうるさく、 浴室からは下水の匂いがした。 F1シーズンに宿泊したことも原因だが、 値段ほどの価値はないホテルである。 ただ、スタッフの方々の愛想は良い。

Worst restaurant and bar experience ever! I have visited the nepali bar which is in 4th floor of the hotel. And experienced such a disappointing service. Staff was so bad. Always look for a money and complimentary food from guest. If you looking for place to chill and relax with some entertainment filled with disappointment, this is the bar for you. The staffs didn't seem to care about our complaints either. Do not waste your time or money at this nepali bar. It's clear that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction. The waitstaff was unprofessional and very money minded... only look for a 💰 🤑 management needs to take a serious look at their staff. I cannot recommend this bar to anyone. Never ever will visit this nepali bar again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Stay way from this bar. Such a disappointing service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and the photos on the online review were less beautiful than the reality. I found it cosy, comfy and luxurious compared to the budget-friendly cost. In addition its proximity to down town made it accessible to many transportation options and sightseeing sites. I strongly recommend it.

I went many times in Surya bar. I went in the Surya bar last night with five friends. it was very awful in the entrance security asking 50dhs for one person and we get one beer in the bar but we don’t go there to drink beer. I told we want to buy bottle of spirit still he insisted to pay 50dhs for each person. bartender asking money for drinks with out the bill and this is the first time ever happened to me in the bars between Abudhabi. I ask him drinks first befor I pay and he keep drinks behind the bar and asking me drinks he said in the bar counter they take money first before serve the drinks and give the bill then I told him with out bill I will not pay and I told manager he said that is the procedure guest need to pay the drinks in the bar counter and manager said that is the procedure in the bar. As I know that is the worst service ever I got from bar in UAE. I guess management pay more attention to this type of place and staff.

Realmente mi peor experiencia en un hotel, el hotel posee 4 bar/con show, desde las 21hs hasta las 4 am hay música muy alta, sin poder dormir, sin contar que entra y sale gente que no son residentes del hotel y usan los mismos ascensores y acceden a todo el hotel sin ningun problema, el cuarto sucio, éramos tres personas y había toallas para dos, había que reclamarlas, opte por irme a otro hotel y no quisieron reembolsarme el dinero.
