Este Apart Hotel. Interssante pois todos os quartos com cama de casal com lavadora s lava e seca e microondas e fogão por indução e geladeira. Apart hotel tem equipe de profissionais que limpam os quartos diariamente com pelos lençóis brancos e fronha e endredom maravilhosos. Por apenas 7 reais de uber em média permite do hotel ir em diversos lugares como ao shopping , aeroporto ou a praia . Por valores poucos maiores viagem pode ir ao centro da cidade e ao lugar chamado Seico que é uma espécie de grande feira onde tem de tudo. eletro domésticos . comidas típicas e bugigangas locais.

We like the place but the food was horrible, noisy in the corridor sometimes, on the last day we couldn't bath because of water. I have to think well before i come back to stay there again. Thank you.

Totally disappointed at having my booking cancelled just minutes before my arrival. After a long flight and the time of night, I was left stranded with nowhere to go. If you don't want to be left stranded in the middle of the night which the hassle of finding alternative accommodation, do yourself a favour and DO NOT book a room at Embassy Gardens Premier Suites!

It was a lovely stay. Very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Only complaint was the tv network wasn’t always available. The remote also needed fresh batteries. I didn’t like having to towe my own trash to the lower level as instructed to do so by the cleaning staff. Otherwise good experience.

Not happy with this hotel the price is too high. Requested towels for the room and they refused to bring the towels to the room. Over all I would rate it 2

The staff ( Esther) who assisted us was very friendly and professional. She went all out for us. She made us feel so good. Esther is a real definition of Customer Service.

The Embassy Gardens is a nice condo building with dedicated staff that clean the complex daily; the in unit cleaning staff seems to come every 2 days. The unit itself was nice, comfortable and modern. The property manager was very responsive and the location was amazing for getting around. Easy access to Ubers and bolts. However there was a broken mirror and a broken towel holder that I had to call to get fixed (the broken mirror was never fixed). The bed sheets and towels had holes in them and seemed quite old and the couch was half broken.

It's amazing staying with you. Check in was smooth and simple and i love the apartment. You have a good customer service, keep it up.
