My family and I just spent 6 weeks at the Sheraton Hotel in Addis. We've been there several times but this was the longest stay yet. Besides the fact that the hotel is beautiful and the nicest in town... The team here is what makes the experience great. Nebiyu the reception manager assisted me with my needs for my reservation a month prior to my arrival as well as throughout our stay constantly checking on us and assisting with little things we needed. As a business owner I realize how difficult it is to create a great culture like the one the employees share at the Sheraton... This trip I had the opportunity to meet Antony, the general manager of the hotel and now I realize this culture starts at the top. Great guy who leads by example and sets the standard for his team. Lastly, besides the amazing team at Sheraton I'm going to miss the fresh squeezed cariety of juices they have every morning for breakfast! Thanks for a great trip guys!

I stayed at Sheraton Addis for almost a month, and the hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. I went to the Stanley’s Bar one day to try a drink and ended up being a regular at that bar because of the two amazingly talented bartenders named - Hager and Senait. Hager and Senait are masters of mixology and can make any drink you can think of with ease. Hager and Senait were always friendly and took good care of me and my friends. I highly recommend to visit them and the place they work at “Stanley’s Bar”. Kind Regards, Robel

We had a memorable stay at the Sheraton. Our experience was defined by the genuine warmth and attentive, personalized service from the entire staff. A huge thank you to the front desk manager, Nebeyu Ketema, for making us feel so welcome. The amenities were luxurious, with the beautiful garden, relaxing pool, and the tranquil spa standing out as my favorites. The breakfast buffet offered us a delicious and healthy variety, made unforgettable by Serkawit's freshly made omelettes and Tigist's delicious waffles. Their warm greeting and attentiveness enhanced our breakfast experience. The Italian restaurant, Stagioni and the high-tea added a dimension of culinary delight. The Sheraton is undoubtedly our go to choice for future stays,

So far, everything has been incredible. They've got the little details down. The staff is fantastic. The housekeeping staff leaves your hotel room spotless. We can't thank them enough for allowing us to check out late. I can't wait to return and make more life-long memories.
