Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

One of the reasons we come back here is Mizan. She is an absolute delight. She gives excellent customer service and we couldn't appreciate her more. Super welcoming and accommodating. She makes this place feel like home . Thank you Mizan :)

I am quite disappointed from the recent stay at Hyatt Regency. On arrival while reaching the room , discovered that internet connectivity is not working in the entire hotel. It was thanks to one front office staff who helped me send out few critical messages by lending her own wifi. The connectivity didn't resume till after over 36 hours. Next morning to my utter surprise found out that there's no hot water in the bathroom leading to a cold shower. Again no information from hotel staff. One thing must appreciating is a very humble, polite and helpful staff which shows a great culture!

Hello Hayat Regency Management, Overall, my experience was excellent, although I was unable to extend my stay and had to switch to a different hotel. Firstly, I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The service provided, both at the restaurant and reception, was exceptional. Additionally, your internet service is among the best in town, which, as a Google Engineer, I can attest to. However, I must address an issue regarding the parking entry, which was quite challenging. Despite the availability of ample parking spaces, the entry point was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver in and out. I even sought assistance but unfortunately couldn't find any. I hope this issue can be addressed. Furthermore, there seems to be a communication gap regarding the parking, as those directing customers to the lot should clarify whether it's manageable for new arrivals. It was disappointing to be guided to the parking lot by someone representing Hayat Regency, only to find it inaccessible. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests.

This is a top-notch hotel in the center of Addis, providing amazing service and accommodation. The pool was amazing, along with the food and beverage service across the hotel. My room had a lovely view of the pool and the mountains in the distant. I highly recommend this hotel for short and long term stay! And the Valet boys outside are always helpful and friendly!

I recently coordinated a week-long training session at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and I am pleased to report that everything was executed flawlessly. Throughout the training, our contact person, Hana, provided exceptional support, ensuring that all arrangements were made in a timely manner. The entire team expressed their satisfaction with Hana's continuous follow-up and attention to detail. I am truly grateful to Hana for the outstanding hospitality extended to us during our training session.

A very new, upmarket, comfortable and well-run hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread is truly exceptional and even includes a fabulous juice bar making fresh juices, shots and smoothies to order. Seems to be very popular with well-heeled locals for functions or just for drinks in the vibey lounge bar.

This evening I had Iftqr at the Kitchen Hyatt Addis, i was amazed by the heart fully service provided by Ms Etsub 🙏🙏 🙏 Many thanks she really made the Iftar joyful, it was a great experience, I am sure you will enjoy it. Give a try 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic staff, great facilities and wonderful surroundings but after travelling all day and arriving at 22:00, by the time we were able to look for something to eat food was no longer being served in the bar. We could have ordered room service but would have had to have all returned to our rooms to eat - hotel wouldn’t deliver room service to the bar/terrace area as they said it would annoy the (non-resident) guests who couldn’t get food. At 23:00 we were told that we could order food as most non-residents had left but the kitchen then told us they were too busy! Breakfast starts at 06:30 but we have to leave the hotel at 06:00 so there’s an 8-hour window where food is not available at the hotel (unless eating alone in your room). Overall, just a disappointing experience really.
