大皇宮飯店(The Grand Palace Hotel)

部屋はまぁ値段相応の設備かと思いました。清潔度は高かったと思いますが、ぬるい湯しか出ませんでした。ドライヤーが見当たりませんでした。安いので相応なんですが、五つ星ホテルというのは疑問です。 ジム、サウナ、マッサージを利用しました。ジムの音がうるさかったです。サウナは良かった。マッサージルームはジムのそばにあり、うるさくてリラックスできなかった。 レストランはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。

Heerlijk grote kamers, fijne bedden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, helpen met alles waar je om vraagt. Gym waar alles voorhanden is en een stoombad en/of sauna nadien is ook heerlijk. Ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar wel oké. Net als in de rest van Addis wordt ook hier gebouwd rondom, maar niet storend geweest.

Lovely hotel! Very accommodating and friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that you have the best stay and experience. Highly recommend paying a bit extra and getting the continental breakfast. All the juices are made fresh, the macchiatos are delicious, and there is a healthy variety of food every morning. For the ladies don’t hesitate to try out the spa. The VIP Moroccan Bath is extremely relaxing and will leave your skin silky smooth. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Les mots me manquent pour décrire ce séjour deux semaines absolument inoubliable. La gentillesse du personnel, l’accueil été magnifique par Nina elle est formidable il faut l'écoute c'est conseille vivement elle est très gentilouverte, qui prend la peine d'ecouter les autres, qui est toujours présent C'est vraiment l'excellence à tous les niveaux. Très professionnel la réception avec les deux Bethlehem et Henok selomon bagagiste bravo à toi, le service du café traditionnel et fabuleux Tegste asger tu est génial merci beaucoup. ... etc... Le cadre est magnifique, Mais notre séjour à réellement été marqué par la gentillesse des personnels chaleureux Appliquée et Impliquée pour notre faire plaisir je vous adore et merci beaucoup continuer sans changer. Félicitation à Tous Un plaisir de retourner à bientôt.

Actually this hotel, is amazing, with nice furnitures, excellent Hyegiene and very respectful staffs and other hotel workers are very friendly. I really appreciated my stay in Grand palace hotel. Will for sure come back.

Gran Frustración por no respetar acuerdo de late check out. A la hora prevista lógicamente me invitan a abandonar la habitación pero en la factura final me cobran también la noche completa lo que no respeta acuerdo ni tampoco la lógica de exigirme abandonar la habitación si el interés del hotel era cobrar noche entera
