阿加爾塔拉波羅塔飯店(Hotel Polo Towers Agartala)

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, eravamo una famiglia intera, 12 persone ad agartala per matrimonio del figlio. Abbiamo cenato pranzato fatto colazione. Quindi abbiamo saggiato L hotel. Probabilmente si tratta del migliore hotel della città. Belle camere, ottimo il ristorante ed il servizio del personale di camera e del ristorante, estremamente cortese. Ho avuto qualche problema con la reception, forse anche a causa del fatto che avevamo prenotato 8 camere. Volevano addebitarci un massaggio di cui nessuno di noi aveva usufruito, ho prenotato taxi per aeroporto. Erravamo in tre più bagagli, doveva essere una Toyota innova. Ho pagato L hotel per il servizio. Invece è arrivata una macchina molto più piccola, con conseguenti problemi di carico bagagli. Giunti all’ aeroporto L autista pretendeva di essere pagato, con conseguenti spiacevoli telefonate ad hotel. Poi tutto si e chiarito ma ho pagato per un servizio di un certo tipo e ne ho ricevuto un altro..

The comfort is high at this hotel the best part is food . Ayush supported well and I am impressed by his hospitality. Services are very prompt.

Great stay. Thank you Abhijit Chaudhary for special consideration. The ambience is great and the food is homely with local cuisines and international dishes to try from. Ample staff to cater to all your needs. Infrastructure is good as well keeping up with the current status of hotels in India.

Went there for a Sunday evening for a buffet. Absolutely loved it, specially the Chicken item in the starter, the main course was pretty good too. They didn't have ice cream in the buffet, but they arranged ice cream when I asked for it and didn't charge anything extra. The behaviour of the staff is really good, specially Jabed who made our evening a pleasant one.

We would come back just for the service..The service here is excellent. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The entire staff worked seamlessly together to create a seamless dining experience. We never had to ask anything twice!”

For those who are looking for a good and luxurious hotel. This is the perfect place i have been the cleaning, food and overall staff behaviour was really good specially Mr. Ayush of Front Desk was soo gentle and the way he was communicating was showing he had really good communication skills best of luck.
