We had a booking for 2 nights confirmed by *********** We additionally confirmed it with the hotel by phone the day before. En route to the hotel our train was delayed so we called the hotel to advise of this. We were told not to worry. Upon arrival (& despite being shown our *********** confirmation) the hotel told us they didn’t have a room for us. We relocated to approx 800m away at another hotel. Pretty poor really.
