Homewood Suites by Hilton Ajax

It was amazing. I really liked the service :) the staff was great. They helped us when needed. Also, I really liked the smart tv, you can access to pretty much all the major apps. Plus having a kitchen really helps you when you need to cook!

I stayed here from 11/18 to 11/25. The worst part of the experience was that my rental car (2022 Toyota 4 Runner) was stolen from their parking lot at night. My car was stolen without breaking the windows or anything and I lost my personal belongings like glasses etc in the car. When I mentioned this to the front desk they mentioned that a total of 3 cars were stolen from their parking lot in the same week! I spoke to the manager about looking through the camera they have and apparently the camera do not cover their outside space and has many blind spots. I asked why it is like that and knowing that 3 cars were stolen the staff was just dismissive and mentioned that this is how it is. I asked for the manager to speak to me and she still hasn't called me back. I also mentioned to the manager that at night there is no one in the lobby and the staff is sleeping in the back, I noticed people hanging outside in a car and just looking at the guests coming in and out. There were sketchy guys hanging around outside the hotel smoking but the staff did nothing to ask them if they were guests or ask them to leave. Please be aware when staying at this property since the staff and their area is unsafe. The hotel is not cheap but it is extremely unsafe. The police detective told me that they've had multiple reports of cars being stolen and seems like an inside job. There are car jackings happening in Ontario since they do not track their cars. Guests beware.

The room we were in (311) had just one small window and it was dark the other side even in noon, like im living in a basement room. Not expecting this from hilton brand. It was also not very spacious. The washroom was just beside the bed and one could see the toilet from the bed. Breakfast was okay. Lication close to 401.

Hôtel confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Un peu dommage que la cuisine soit peu équipée en ustensiles ( pas d'épluche légumes, ni passoire,ni saladier,...). Le personnel est très agréable.

Tres belle chambre avec une cuisinette. Propre, beaucoup espace. Personnel courtois et attentionné. Pour le petit dejeuner, salle espacée avec plusieurs table. Beau sejour.

Ce fut le séjour le plus désagréable que j'ai eu avec Hôtel .com Il y avait du bruit impossible de dormir ou ce reposé durant les 2 jours de notre séjour Je désire être remboursé ou vous m'accordé des jours gratuit

Les déjeuners sont délicieux! L'endroit est sécuritaire et tranquille. Le personnel est aimable et courtois. Un coup de coeur pour toute la famille!
