One of the best hotels in ajmer i would say , nearest to every thing , very clean and good rooms ,good ambiance, very helping and professional staffs ,food is also very nice and great hospitality, as we were travelling with new born baby so staff was really helpful and thanks to ***ager Meenakshi sabherwal ji for the great experience from booking to hotel check out , soon will plan our next stay

I have visited Fern in Mumbai, and have always been appreciative of their service and relative price at that they offer. Opening in Ajmer will definitely elevate service, cleanliness and hospitality standards which this city has been lacking. All the staff including housekeeping, restaurant as well as front office were very courteous and professional which is again normal for Ajmer. Ashish at Front office led from the front to make my stay, as I wanted to work , very comfortable. WiFi in the hotel was top class, rooms elegant and fit for purpose, breakfast spread decent (could be improved), overall food was of good quality mostly Indian. Housekeeping service was prompt and air conditioning in the rooms worked pretty well. Will recommend who want to visit Dargah, Pushkar or even for business, your best bet in Ajmer.

It was a great experience. Rooms were extremely clean. Service was very prompt. Special mention to Duty ***ager, Meenakshi Sabharwal. The experience of everything was so smooth with her. Even the night staff and ***agers were great. Very helpful with everything and very respectful. Morning breakfast was great too! Overall a 10/10 experience.

Good service. Special thanks for Meenakshi to look after us and make sure we have comfortable check in /check out. The room service team was easily approachable and we had good food served at their restaurant. They guided us with near by places to roam too.

This hotel is a newest arrival in Ajmer. And with it it marks the arrival of a branded chain . Rooms are new thus fresh , Nice and comfortable . Adequate amneties of good quality are provided in the room. The staff if polite and courteous,truly depicting that they have been trained well unlike other hotels . Though I guess it lacks parking space , but the location is great . The breakfast spread is great . Quite decent spread and all good quality . I believe if they can adda live counter it will add a new dimension to the spread. It's restaurant - Laziz is amazing . Great ambience , great food matches with great service . Special mention to their ***ager Mr Vivian to made our earlier stay comfortable.
