萊斯特魯普斯公寓(Les Troupes Apartments)

The managers of these apar**ents are fabulous. Nothing is an issue and they attend to requests quickly and efficiently. I have been involved with the sale of one of these units and they have accommodated me so well with my requests re access and open homes etc. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Can’t find the check-in office at the property. No txt to let me know I have to walk to another place to check-in

The apar**ent itself was dated and starting to fall apart. The lights were out in a bedroom and lounge and dining room so first night there was very dim, the heater provided for the dowsing bedroom was broken and very unsafe looking also that bedroom is freezing! So one heater for the three stories in the apar**ent was a bit sp****! There is a sign saying if you don’t was your dishes a $25 fee will be applied but the dish brush supplied was full of hair and when i asked for a new one the replacement one was also full of hair. Close to restaurants was a plus.

This property listed that it had ceiling fans and heating. There was none. It was a 33degree weekend and we could not sleep nor even relax in the rooms at all, we ended up having to spend all our time at a local cafe as it was cooler outside than in. The owners did not care when we requested a fan of some sort. I also paid for a 3 bedroom apar**ent and only received a 2 bedroom apar**ent. Do not book here in summer. Do not recommend.

Nice apar**ents in a great location to shops and the waterfront. Bathroom and bedrooms are on ground floor with steep staircase to main living area. Our family of 5 were disappointed to find that on arrival Management had given our 3 bedroom apar**ent to 2 people. We spent most of our evening rearranging bedding in the smaller apar**ent that was given to us and requesting essential items that hadn't been replaced. Management were dismissive and had told us we should have checked in earlier. If staying here would advise checking in advance that you have the accommodation you have booked and paid for, especially as they charge your credit card before arrival. There are many other great places to stay in Akaroa which we would rather stay at next time.

The Property was awesome just a wee bit back from the water front easy walking distance to shops and places to eat. Will def be back.

We have never slept in a converted single garage with the garage door still attached. Minimal natural light. No cover on the duvet. No oven and hob as advert stated. Not an entre apar**ent as the advert stated. Photos of building, are not the building that was booked. Misleading advert description. The manager didn't handle our complaint with grace and lost his temper. Poor comments in guest book similar to our experience.

Very spacious apar**ent, very well equipped. Good location.
