Our stay at the Grady House was fantastic! The room was just lovely. The house itself was beautiful. Sara and Scott were so welcoming and hospitable! We spent 2 nights, enjoyed the lovely back gardens and sitting on the comfortable front porch. The 2 breakfasts were amazing! Sara was so helpful in dealing with my food allergies. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We celebrated my husband's birthday as a surprise. We would highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

We came here with a group of five for a great breakfast experience. When we arrived, the table was beautifully set in a very nice dining room, that made you feel at home and welcome right away. There was no menu. Instead, Sara brought tastefully presented plates with toast, egg, some bacon, chicken sausage, potatoes and fresh fruit. It was such a nice contrast to the “normal” breakfast place (which can be enjoyable at times too). The breakfast closed with a nice dessert followed by tour through the lush and romantic garden. We will certainly come back (Note: the price was quite reasonable)

It's hard to add to what has been said in the other reviews - this place is truly the best! Sara and Scott are so warm and welcoming, they could not have been kinder. A very comfy room, beautiful public rooms, lovely garden. BUT THE BREAKFAST! OMG! Over the top, to the moon, and back again! Absolutely delicious, and you will not need lunch OR dinner! I'm so glad my aunt has moved to the area, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The gardens are beautiful and the new owners were gracious. Sara made a wonderful breakfast from scratch before we departed. I enjoyed sitting in the den and reading books, sipping wine and listening to the 33 1/3 phonograph playing classics and oldies . See my photos.

Sara and Scott and Blake and everyone else here are simply amazing! We were here this last weekend for a small family reunion and it was just as wonderful this year as last. They are so accommodating for any random requests, the rooms are adorable and comfortable, and the food is simply first class. Even if everything else was awful (which it obviously wasn’t) it is worth coming here just for the food. We spent the weekend trying to convince them to publish a cookbook. So anyone else lucky enough to stay here… be sure to encourage them too!

The Grady House, in High Springs, Florida, only gets better with time as Ms. Sara Miller rises to rockstar status. For food, graciousness, and Southern Hospitality Ms. Paula Dean Is yesterday's news. Why else would our third return still cause raves? In my fifty years of travel, I've found none better. While Savannah's Eliza Thompson House rules supreme for its local historic ambiance, the Grady House walks away with first prizes for food and caring staff in a historical setting. My point is that you'll have to drive two hundred miles across two states to find anything comparable to The Grady House; real antique furnishings, real flowers, real hospitality, and very real people. It shines through in the Miller family and staff. The photos show the true to period decor of the home and grounds and its ambiance, as well as the exquisite presentation of the high quality breakfast. Only your personal experience will immerse you in the tastes, conversation, and caring of a lady who loves the Grady house and creating a special time for each person. When it comes to cleanliness they are unsurpassed. Also the rooms are tastefully furnished with real period pieces. In addition there are several common areas and a drop-dead gorgeous garden. The staff's willingness to accommodate is unmatched. The pièce de résistance is Ms. Sara's breakfast; the finest breakfast this side of New Orleans. The food quality, variety, and presentation are that of a five-star restaurant and the portions are so generous you'll likely skip lunch. I've seldom said this about another accommodation, bar, or restaurant. But I would have happily paid more for the experience. If you are privileged to be in the Gainesville area for some happy arrasinn then stav here and dauhle

Perfect place for a weekend trip. House is beautifully decorated and the rooms are quaint and very clean. You feel like you’re at home as soon as you walk in and presented with cookies on a beautifully decorated table. The beautiful gardens are a perfect place to relax. Sara‘s breakfast are simply beautiful and taste, utterly amazing. Would recommend Grady House to anyone looking for a place to recharge and relax. Plenty of restaurants, nearby, and other things to do.

The property was well kept. The garden in the back was amazing. The breakfast was to die for.
