Save your money and book the cheaper room because you're not going to get the room you paid for. I checked into my room and first thing that stuck out was the smell. After sitting in it for a minute I realized the room I was given was exactly like the picture of a less expensive room. So I went back to the main building to ask and I got a grumpy old man that explained to me that the room I was given was in the "penthouse building" and if I went and booked a room with a king bed it cost money, a full kitchen that cost money and a jetted tub that ALSO cost money. I just agreed and walked out. All I was trying to say is that I paid for a more expensive and bigger room and you gave me a cheaper, smaller one. Back to the smell. I narrowed it down to the bathroom, it smells like something died in there and you tried to cover it up and failed. I kept the bathroom door closed with the light/fan on for the duration of my stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

The first day we arrived there was no breakfast. there is no indication on the information about what time breakfast finishes and we arrived at 8:40. The owner told us he couldn’t get in contact with his wife, and in any case we were late. I wasn’t happy about that. They never gave us any information about what was going on or showed any interest in making sure things were OK. We requested a room to be cleaned and it never was. The only thing that happened was one day when they put the towels in and made the bed without changing the sheets or cleaning the floor or bathroom they had the audacity to put an envelope in requesting tips. When we did arrive in time for breakfast, I was a little bit concerned about the egg, quiches and savory’s that were put in each day because they were in a cold heating pan and I thought it was inviting salmonella. The kitchen was disgusting. Why did we stay? You ask yourself? Because it was just as easy to keep our room clean and use the wonderful airport family restaurant down the road for our breakfasts. Read the other bad reviews. All accurate

La proprio n a pas voulu nous donner de facture car ètions avec ******* ??? Anotre avis ******* elle vous a dans le c!!! et elle nous donne ce qui lui reste donc tres décu

The bathroom was pleasant even though the drainage was very slow. The check in is at the house where the nice rooms are. The main house is messy and creepy. You pay then find out you have to drive a couple of blocks to the building. Limited signs to your dorm room. The decor is very cheap. Spent a half hour trying to get a channel on the tv. No luck. No data or no connection. The beds are very uncomfortable but better than sleeping in the truck; but not by much. No bars on the wall around the bathtub so the whirlpool bath was no for me; wife said she enjoyed it. Trash thrown in the woods which makes me absolutely furious. Animals have to live there. Windows, wood panels, etc, but most of Fairbanks seems to be like this. If you’re looking for a cheap college dorm then this dump is for you. My wife wanted cheap well she got it in spades.

Would never stay again…would definitely NOT recommend to anyone! Dirty, sticky floors, dirty bed coverings, dirty lounge chair with arm loose, tub leaked and does not drain after taking shower, TV did not work at all. Very hard bed. Overall terrible

We enjoyed the quietness of this area. The flowers outside were beautiful. The building itself outside could probably use some fresh paint or update? The room was nice and clean and I really appreciated the whirlpool tub on our last night before our long travel day home. The breakfast was very good and plenty to eat.

We spent one night and were very comfortable. The hosts were very nice. Having kitchen access was great.I didn’t eat breakfast but my friends said it was delicious. Homemade goodies. The house is unique, the massage chair was relaxing and a highlight.

Leicha was a wonderful hostess. Her cooking talents and friendly, energetic demeanor was just what a traveler needed. She was a wonderful balance of giving guests privacy and being ready to accom-modate even the tiniest request! Accomodations were cozy and the warm water was aplenty! We were guests in February so the engine-warming plug-in for our car in the large parking lot was a welcomed amenity too. Such a nice place in the center of snowy Alaska. Very recommended!

Facility is run down. They have multiple locations, and when I got to the main location by taxi they told me I was staying at one of their other locations - something they did not tell me before.
