Great stay for a night, would go back again if I’m in the area

Overall Ok

The hotel was good, the room was one of the best we have been in with the exception of a couple of small things. The entry light switch was broken and the door didn't disengage from the dead bolt easily. We checked in late and there was no place to eat. The frier at the Bistro was down so we could get any food there and no eating places were in the area of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had family gather together because one sone came from CA to give a presentation at U Albany across the street. It was super convenient for that.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to show up at desk to check in. And when he did he was rude about the fact that 4 people were waiting and unhappy. Buzzing noise in hotel room all night we couldn’t get resolved.

may always start staying at marriott from now on. Room had a lovely oversized loveseat with laptop stand, great standing shower, tastefully decorated with muted blues browns and prints. well done. Reception was super friendly every visit through the lobby; only downside was the restaurant wasn't open.

It was my son’s college graduation from UALBANY. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the campus. You also have a Dunkin’ Donuts & a full service gas station within a 3 minute walk in each direction from the front entrance of the hotel. I have stayed here many times over the last 4 years. Always clean, friendly staff & convenient!

Favorite part was the friendliness- from checking in/out to the lady behind the counter serving coffee in the morn. Pillows were a little uncomfortable for my head, but that’s me. Nice having a microwave in the room.
