My wife and I booked a 2 night stay at this location through *******. After the first night my wife had a medical emergency and we had to leave early. We checked out just after noon and were billed and given a receipt for one night and told that we could call *******, and they’d call the hotel to verify that we only stayed one night. After that, they said we’d be refunded for the second night that we didn’t stay for. When we called, they denied any knowledge of that conversation and kept the money for the night we didn’t stay for. I sincerely hope that the one night that this location kept is worth the lack of business for all of my family and friends’ lifetimes. Terrible use of discretion, and a complete lack of understanding and leniency.
