We checked in Tuesday afternoon early evening, and the room seemed fine. However, we had no housekeeping until several complaints were lodged. Saturday evening we were told our room would be cleaned every other day, and no one even entered it to remove towels or wine, glasses, or trash, including half of pizza after four days. I was astonished at how poor the service was. I also think my phone was probably broken because several times I tried calling the front desk and or housekeeping, and there was never an answer. When I asked to speak to a manager there was never one on duty . I believe my bill was in the mid 800s. I’m not sure right now however I’ve never been more disappointed in a courtyard by Marriott.
