阿爾布費拉花園鄉村俱樂部飯店(Clube Albufeira Garden Village)

Acho que deveria haver uma limpeza a fundo em cada troca de hóspedes. As toalhas e lençóis têm muitas manchas de sujidade. A limpeza nos recantos das casas é escassa, encontramos sempre teias de aranha, aranhas mortas e outros bichos. Em 7 dias, disseram-nos que haveria troca de toalhas dia sim dia não e isso não aconteceu. Apenas trocaram de toalhas 1 vez, sendo que tivemos de ir à receção pedir novas. Não tinhamos um tapete à entrada de casa o que fez com que levassemos sujidade da rua para dentro. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e atenciosos, as piscinas maravilhosas e a localização perto de supermercados é muito boa.

Good village with great space, enough for four people. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. The only point that not satisfy is neither toothbrush nor slipper were offered. Meanwhile, giving the hotel a appraisal is for sure.

Le logement était très luxueux et tout confort, la vue est magnifique et la piscine très agréable avec le bar super. Bon emplacement.

Très bel endroit, grande piscine, bon choix de restaurants. C’est l’fun l’idée de plusieurs petites habitation au lieu de chambres seulement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la nourriture du restaurant portugais de la place. Par contre service un peu lent, on avait l’impression d’être oublié alors qu’on était à côté des cuisines. Idéal pour ceux qui restent plusieurs jours. Dans notre cas nous étions que de passage. Donc on a pas su profiter amplement des services offerts. Nous recommandons pour un séjour de 3 joufs et plus!

We were so excited to start our trip at Albufiera, the initial receptionist was nice and accommodating, he even let us check in early. Once we got to the room, we knew we were going to be using the sofa bed so we opened it to check it out. When we finally figured out how to get it open; we were greeted with a cockroach running around the entire bed. We finally were able to kill it and tried calling the reception desk and no one answered. So we walked down to the reception center, this place is huge with hardly any signs to show you where to go. And when we finally got there to complain at the reception desk, the younger female receptionist was so rude and stand offish. She asked if anyone was currently in the room and we told her no. We asked if we could get a ride back to pick up our things and she told us no one was available. It was such a long back to our room and when we finally got to the room to get our things, we ran into the maintenance staff leaving our room and as they walked back to their car we literally heard them mocking and making fun of us for being “scared” about cockroaches. Horrible experience.

Mooie huisjes en een prachtige ligging. De stad en het strand zijjn op 5 minutes rijden gelegen. Om de 2 dagen werden de handdoeken, die ruimschoots aanwezig waren, vervangen. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad.

C’est la 3e fois dans la maison et l’état du matériel ce détériore. Meuble de la terrasse cassé, tous les verres sont abîmés et dangereux. Pourtant la maison est bien mais faut absolument faire le nécessaire pour les chaises de la terrasse. Très belle maison et confortable. Mais avec le temps je crains que la qualité ne soit plus la.

We were only staying for one night, and the clothes dryer was not working. After letting the front desk know they moved us to another unit where the dryer was good but one of the rooms had no working heat and flickering light in one of the bathrooms. Moving rooms with two kids at 10pm at night is not ideal much less to have to do it twice!
