We’ve stayed here many times and aside from spotty airport pickup service have always been happy. However this time…..Bar /restaurant opened at 5pm, yet no alcohol service due to “change of ownership “. Hmmm-this is a Marriott, no?
We were sent to a room on the exterior wall even though the check in receptionist assured us it was interior/courtyard. Got a new room where the air unit sounded like it was trying to break out of the wall, bed had a “hole” in the center and the hair dryer literally fell out of the wall. Oh, and thank goodness we had an alternative alarm set bc the requested wake up call wasn’t made. If there is indeed a new owner, they have a lot of work to do.
