The Hotel is clean and well presented, staff very helpful from reception to cleaners. We went as half board as we had visited last year and really enjoyed the food but this year the evening meal food buffet on our 2nd week let it down as it seemed we were eating reheated food, apart from food cooked in front of you, but still seemed a lower standard than our previous week and definitely gone downhill a bit from previous visit. Breakfasts were great, can't complain about them. Our room was on the 6th floor, very clean and well maintained but was quite small, adequate though as we only used it to shower and sleep in it. Hotel was only a 5minute or so walk from the beach and surrounded by all amenities. We would use this hotel again but would probably go bed and breakfast only as the food is definitely not worth the extra now.

Nice hotel in the main I wouldn't rate as 4 star as the rooms are very small and sparse looking and could do with a refresh,there wasn't any storage room put your case's away out of site. The hotel overall is very pleasant and everywhere is clean. The hotel is next to the main road in alcudia so traffic noise is always present around the pool or if your on your balcony (but it does go quiet after 11pm)so sleeping was never a problem and the beds where comfortable. Staff where very pleasant and polite. Breakfast wasn't to English taste.but there was always a selection to keep you going.Evening meal again a selection of food take the hunger off,but we can't say we enjoyed that much.Pool bar did lovely food/snacks and prices not too expensive for a hotel.Overall we enjoyed our stay but the room size and no frills sparseness would put us off going there again would rate it as 3 star plus.

10 days break at this hotel..very impressed with spotless hotel and pool area must be the best in alcudia. All the staff, half board food was excellent smiling happy staff.unfortunately we had 5 days rain. The resort itself is too spaced out nearest bar was Foxys, 50 yds from hotel ..no other bars within half a mile. As for eating out forget it,starters from 15 to 20 euros from any decent restaurant..in the harbour area. Worst was the cost of a bottle or can of coke 2.60 euros even from Lidl. They blame it on import of of foreign foods..the alcudia resort will go down as the worst holiday we have ever had.. but the highlight was The BQ DELFIN HOTEL.

Our second visit here as we really loved it last year. A month earlier this year. A very international clientele with English being a minority but that was fine with us. There was a big organised bike ride, Majorca 312 but we still managed to find a space in the bike storage room for our hire bikes. Lovely to see that most of the staff were still there from last year. Immaculately clean throughout and we loved the food with great choices evening. Sad to leave but hopefully will make it 3 years in a row next year

Very nice stay here….. spotlessly clean….. lovely staff….. good breakfast and evening meal………. Evening entertainment could be improved by more live music…. Too much reliance on activation staff playing disco music…… good location for access to public transport …… rooms a bit small and no tea/coffee making facility……

The hotel facilities in general are very good but I feel the facility that lets them down is bike security. When the garage is full you are not allowed to take your bike to your room but have to leave your bike in an adjacent room which was only locked on my last day there. This door should have a mag lock fitted like the outside door so as to only afford cyclist to be in the bike area.I have rated Average due to the poor bike security in my opinion.

Travelled here with Jet2, 3rd visit. This hotel is excellent, the service is excellent. All of the staff are helpful and courteous. We booked half board so we had breakfast and an evening meal, the choice of food was tremendous. If you could not find food you liked may be you should stay at home Booking through Jet2 this whole trip was fantastic value, will definately go back..
