巴迪科蒂迎賓傳統飯店(WelcomHeritage Badi Kothi)

Encantador! Pense em uma hospedagem acolhedora. Já na chegada, fomos recebidos e presenteados com Japamala. Onde fomos tratados como um familiar, que veio fazer visitar. Vale a experiência em todos os aspectos. Hotel totalmente vegetariano, com uma comida e café da ***hã farto e muito saborosa, servida com louças finas. Acho que não vou conseguir postar o vídeo, para terem noção do charme que é esse Hotel.

Aangekomen in het hotel kregen we een kamer toegewezen waar in de badkamer de douche kop tot bijna boven het toilet reikte. Dus, als je wou douchen was heel de badkamer nat en het toilet. Dus maar een andere kamer gevraagd. Deze was ruim en de badkamer was iets beter alhoewel tijdens het douchen ook hier het water rijkelijk over de vloer stroomde. Ontbijt was redelijk maar niet continentaal en het diner was ook Indisch en redelijk spicy. Het personeel daarentegen was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Très beau lieu, confortable et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le bâtiment à été bien restauré et il est agréable de se promener sur les terrasses. Le personnel est char***t et disponible. Situation proche du Gange.

The hotel is a heritage property (600 years old) and has a oldish charm to it. It reeks history on every touch. The rooms are carefully decorated to match the theme of the hotel, so is the restaurant on the ground floor. The pillars are made of rock and have been there since its inception. The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and may take a couple of minutes. I like the welcome style by the staff by offering me sweet chilled lassi. Definitely recommend for someone who likes wood, marble and rocks and wants to be a part of history.

If one was selling a house then it would be hard to sell in the locality where Badi Kothi is located. The approach is difficult at best and I wouldn’t recommend you driving there. “Free Parking” is a very dusty patch of ground right next to the hotel with cars having to share parking with litter, cows & stray dogs. The hotel itself is a heritage site and has a very impressive history. They have photographs of Indian PMs, freedom fighters & other celebs (poet & Nobel Laureate Rabindra Nath Tagore) who have stayed there. The lane also has the home of Prayagraj’s (Allahabad’s) famous poet, Nirala. The hotel is being refurbished and construction noises start at 10ish & last till 6pm ish. The whole decor of the place features intricate carvings on cement. A reminder of yester years. The doors are also original with bolts & latches reminiscent of 19th Century Indian havelis. The hotel building has an air of faded grandeur and needs extensive refurbished. The rooms are large & comfortable and have a TV, a small fridge & tea/coffee making wherewithal. The bathroom was large & equipped with modern fixtures, including a shower with decent water pressure. However one wall of the bathroom had a wall to wall & roof to roof huge mirror. This huge mirror is the only separation from the adjoining restaurant & kitchen. So you hear all kitchen noises in the bathroom. And if you crane your neck around the mirror you can actually see the outside. The service is outstanding. The ***ager Mr. He***t goes above and beyond to cater to your every need. The front desk staff, Ms Ro***i, made check-in & checkout smooth and her welcoming smile & demeanor are what a traveler needs. She would also decorate the floor of the foyer with flowers —which gave off a pleasant aroma as one entered the foyer. In the restaurant Sonu also went above and beyond as he served us. Their restaurant serves Indian vegetarian fare and was quite on par with other similar hotels. The restaurant has both indoor as well as outdoor seating in the courtyard. In the evening a sitar strums the sitar & entertains with soft mellifluous sitar sounds.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 days with 10 more members. Nice place to stay with the historic looks and ambience. Mr Rawat is convincing and helped us in all means. Food is another advantage, only veg being served. Chef and staff (***veer & Akshay) made the entire gang feel home. Only disadvantage is the location but u can give a try with no regrets...

It's fantastic place, really awesome. My Anniversary will be remembered of 2022. Thanks to Ms. P***l Pandey especially to elaborate the historic things about it otherwise we checked out already without knowing facts.

It was a very good experience. The hospitality was very nice. Food we ate was also very good. Beautiful property. But the lane is very narrow. Reaching there is difficult. Overall it's a must visit place.

An impressive and beautiful hotel in a small street near the river, 10 -15 minutes rickshaw from the Sangam. The public areas (reception, halls, restaurant) are very charming. The room we got (roof/2nd floor) was very small (10 m2) a little dark, with windows shutters difficult to open. The vegan food served was good. Shower water was warm, but not hot. We experienced some difficulties of the staff with English and with inefficient tourist information support
