米蘭宮飯店(Hotel Milan Palace)

Very very bad service. There were cockroaches in bathroom and room was also not so great. The worst was breakfast it’s was unacceptable bad. Will never refer or try next time for anyone.

Very nice and clean, nice bathroom, very friendly staff, good food in restaurant. Helped us hire a taxi for further travel. Overall nice place!

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

I keep visiting Praygraj for business purpose and this was my 6th visit to the hotel...rooms have always been good and comfortable but the difference is the breakfast, it has really improved , staff is more courteous, location is one of the best and very convenient

Its good, the staff & owners are frendly even corrdinating staff like Mr ***oj kumar sing are every help full & costumers friendly as professional. Rest F& B serives need improvement in quality & staff behaviors. Vkdass

Best place to stay in Allahabad as they have valet parking and very helpful staff. You are welcomed with greetings and escorted to room with a helper. Room service and house keeping is available 24x7.

Excellent Spacious Rooms with latest modern amenities, convenient location. Great food and quick service. Hygiene, sanitation and cleaning Top Class. Choices of freshly cooked variety of North & South Indian food, fresh fruits, juices and Healthy options during breakfast were really good. Polite & Attentive Staff. Overall a very comfortable stay.

It was al okay staff good। Cleanliness good A bi noijsy otherwise stay was good.

Miserable Conditions, not well maintained, Absolutely unclean. Facilities Deprived. Poor View. In short not the value what we paid for
