阿科斯塔森特羅飯店(Hotel Acosta Centro)

La habitación es grande pero las valdas del armario estaban rotas. El baño con el lavabo roto y el desagüe atascado. Las toallas de ducha pequeñas y gastadas. El secador de pelo roto y sucio. Los portarrollos del papel higiénico también rotos. Colchones sin funda. La habitación no la limpiaban hasta las 5 de la tarde

12 euros por entrar en la habitación a las 13:30?? Impresentable

El hotel está muy bien, el precio bastante bien, pero OJO el parking hay que pagar, no te lo informan hasta que vas a salir del hotel y te cobran 10 euros por una noche, por lo menos eso me ocurrió. Tras entregar las tarjetas, el recepcionista me llama la atención y me dice que tengo que pagar el parking, cuando él mismo me atendió a la entrada el día anterior y no me informó de nada.

Habitacion y baño muy amplios , cama comoda y grande,buena relaccion calidad precio, ubicacion muy buena.

Nos alejamos en este hotel de camino a Cádiz puesto que viajamos con dos niños pequeños. Reservamos dos habitaciones contiguas. A las 16 y 30 de la tarde una de ellas aún no estaba preparada ( el check in es a las 14h). Reclamamos en recepción y nos dieron otra habitación que debía llevar cerrada como una semana porque olía a cañerías secas. Aparte, ni el aire acondicionado ni la nevera funcionaban. En la otra habitación encontramos hormigas. Había como 20. Imposible no verlas limpiando el cuarto de baño. Baje a recepción para decirlo y en vez de darme soluciones me dicen que es porque hemos comido en la habitación ( cuando acabábamos de llegar). No tenían insecticida…. Tuvieron que llamar a cafetería para ver si ellos tenían. Falto que me dijeran que fuera yo a comprarlo. Exprese mi descontento con el hotel y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas. Servicio muy poco profesional. Y que decir de la limpieza… polvo en la habitación desde hace por lo menos una semana. Teníamos reservada otra habitación para la vuelta y la vamos a cancelar. No volveremos a este hotel

Un desastre. En absoluto merece la categoria de 4 estrellas. El desayuno no es completo, no coincide con lo que anuncian en su publicidad del ascensor, no hay mantequilla, no tienen diferentes tipos de pan, no hay fruta, el aceite sin etiqueta y botellas rellenadas... Solicito una plancha de ropa y me indican que debo bajar a por ella ... no disponen de almohadas viscoelasticas ... pero su precio es el de la categoria ... una verguenza.

Good location in the centre of town. But oh dear, No English spoken by any of the reception staff. When we booked in I immediately went to reception to try and change the room as the aircon was leaking and the room smelled badly of cig smoke, and had a full ashtray. Unfortunately, as no one spoke English, nothing got sorted and we had to stay in that room. Not good. The next morning, in the restaurant one of the staff spoke English and I mentioned the problems. He went to reception had a conversation and came back and told me I was wrong, as there is no smoking in the rooms.

I have just checked in to the hotel again, after staying here for a night last week. The room I am in this time is even worse than last. Again, as with the room last week, the A/C does not work, only blowing hot air. Again, there is no mini-bar, as advertised, only an empty fridge, without even a complementary bottle of water. There is no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities, only plastic glasses. The window has no black-out curtains, only nets.The window shutter, once it went up will not come back down, so the room is illuminated by the outside lights. I reported these problems to the receptionist and was told that none of the rooms have cold a/c. He told me that a maintenance man would come up to fix the shutters in 20 minutes. That was two hours ago, while I have been waiting. The guy has just turned up now and told me the same story; that the a/c doesn't work in any of the rooms. I am considering going to sleep in the lobby because it is considerably cooler down there. If I open the window, I have the outside play area one floor below. All in all, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. It certainly does not come anywhere near the standards of other 4* hotels and does not provide the services or facilities that it advertises. Tomorrow, when I check out, I will be asking the manager for a refund. Even though the booking was made as non-refundable, I believe it is unfair that I am not getting the services I have paid for. I would advise anyone reading this to book elsewhere.
