大急流城北凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Grand Rapids North Walker)

This was a very decent place, smaller rooms but very clean. My only complaint would be the fact that there are zero identifiers that let a person know it is also a place that houses recently released incarcerated individuals. Now while I have no bias against anyone who deserves it getting a second chance. It would be good to let people know before they book that this is going on so they can make an informed decision. That being said, very helpful and communicative staff. Great little waffle maker for breakfasts. Overall a pleasant stay.

There were occupied spider webs in most corners of the room and bathroom. They were out of milk for breakfast cereal. There were full waste baskets and used towels in the hall most of the day every day for the days we were there. There was a family living in their Suburban in the parking lot the entire time. Are you looking to save some money? Ugh... There must be something better in the area.

Extremely dirty rooms, old appliances, old carpets, limited choices in breakfast (not fresh, everything packaged), no fresh eggs, etc. No healthy choices even though paid twice the regular price for room (last minute booking). Will never visit again. Recommend not to book this property.!!!

The price was low but asked if hot tub was working and if breakfast was available. Hot tub was like warm and breakfast was supposed to be 6a-10a and we went around 8:30 and nothing was there .

When first arrived the front desk attendant James was very friendly. The room was not as clean as it could have been. The next day the cleaning staff wanted to clean our room at 9am. I’m on vacation so I’m not out and about at that time. We did leave the room shortly after and told her it was ready to be cleaned since she was still on our floor. When we can back later that evening we noticed the room wasn’t cleaned and went to the front desk. The front desk attendant Vamsi told us we couldn’t get it cleaned so we asked for at least fresh towels. He preceded to give us another room. WHAT!! We have to pack all our stuff up and move to a room on the second floor instead of just giving us fresh towels. What they call HOT Breakfast was worthless. So we ended up at McDonald’s in front of the hotel. The hot tub was not hot and only one jet worked.

Room had strange odor, probably from the carpets. Kinda dingy atmosphere. Pool room seemed nice though. Breakfast was empty - had no food going aside from a crusty crock pot of gravy - no eggs or biscuits.

Very out dated but our room was clean and bedding is nice and comfortable however their double queen rooms are full beds not queen.

The breakfast had something missing every morning first no milk for cereal second no orange juice third no utensil packages

First of all we had to wait while someone checked to make sure our room was cleaned before we could get our keys. When we walked into the room it had an odor but it definitely was not a clean smell. We left & returned to our room # 109 later & it still had an odor. We felt that the room was cold so my husband went to turn up the heat a little however he couldn't do it as there wasn't even a knob on the heat adjustment...it had a binder clip on it. We had been in our room about an hour and the heat only came on once and when it did it just blew all the heat up under the curtain. It was warmer in the hallway than in our room. My husband went to the front desk to let them know that we wanted another room that had heat. So they put us in a handicapped room which did have heat as they had installed a thermostat on the wall to control that heater (which had not been done in room # 109). This was a queen size bed while I had paid for a king size bed and the bed was very, very soft and you ended up rolling to the middle. There were NOT any kleenex in the bathroom the box was empty and had not been replaced. When we went to make coffee this morning the packets that held the sugar, sweetner, creamer and stir sticks was already opened. We only had 2 packs of sugar and 2 packs of sweetner between 2 packets and NO stir sticks. He got us some coffee from the lobby area and that was only lukewarm. Needless to say this was very disappointing. Will not be back again!!!!
