大急流城市中心萬豪AC飯店(AC Hotel Grand Rapids Downtown)

Our go-to for any event in Detroit. Beautiful rooms. Safe walking distance to everything. Just wish they had room service!

There is a noxious perfume smell that permeates the entire hotel. Smells like an Abercrombie & Fitch retail store.

The young man working the front desk created us with exceptional service. The location was convenient, the room Clean, modern and comfortable. Only slight drawback is parking. You have to park in a shared parking garage with the JW Marriott and it is a couple blocks away.

This was my second time staying at the property because of the short walk of the Monroe for concerts is walking distance in the cold weather. The hotel staff is super friendly. The first time in was a bit hectic getting checked in, but the second time was a breeze. Front staff was always so nice and the bar! Our room was the issue. The first and second time we stayed the showers had long hairs all over them and no shampoo/wash in the dispensers it was like shower area wasn’t even cleaning two times in a row. I let them know checking out and was told I would be contacted and never was. The room could of used cleaning, but spacious. Kind of a disappointment with the precautions this hotel advertised on cleaning and safety for health.

Staff was excellent. Pleasantly surprised to find a DJ in the lobby providing entertainment on weekend evenings. Fully staffed bar. Nice ending to good days in Grand Rapids area. Rooms were small but updated and very clean. Only negative was that parking is not included and it is a block away from hotel at the JW Marriott. Close private parking was a good option. We will definitely stay here again

Right in the middle of downtown GR. Easy walking to our concert Tahiti was almost right next door!. But be careful to park in the Marriott parking garage. There is a public garage immediately next to it. Don’t make the mistake I did by going into the public garage entrance.

Very good location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no free parking, but you can find street parking.

Check in was super easy, the room was average with a view of a parking lot. Front desk staff was great. It was over 400.00 for one night and It was an average hotel, not worth the money. I have stayed at better hotels in GR for a lot less.

New and clean and modern felt safe. Fantastic location with lots to do!
