大拉皮德市中心凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Grand Rapids Downtown)

This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a little confusing to figure out how to get into the hotel, but signs help guide you. My main issue was that even on the fourth floor I was woke up every morning between 5 and 5:30am because I could hear the garbage truck outside.

Hotel is conveniently located - within walking distance of many restaurants. Parking garage was convenient, although pricey at $35/day. Our room was spacious, and pristine in terms of cleanliness. However, it was on the 10th floor facing Ottowa Avenue, and the traffic noise was loud. I imagine it must be very loud on lower floors. The heavy hotel room doors opening and closing also made sleeping a bit difficult. Temperature control was easy, and the bathroom fan worked great - no steam after a hot shower. I like that they have shampoo dispensers rather than the disposable bottles. Breakfast was average. Gym was clean but small for the size of the hotel. Hotel desk staff were helpful and pleasant.

We stayed for a concert at the Van Andel Arena was a 10-minute walk, perfect. The hotel room itself was very clean and the beds where very comfortable. Would stay again when visiting the Grand Rapids area again.

Comfortable room. Security doors with key card entry. All areas clean. Staff very happy, friendly and helpful. Key card didn't always work at parking gate but there was a buzzer andsomeone answered promptly to raise the gate

Hotel under construction, noise for construction, pool not open but was running, breakfast offered as free but no food left half way through and not replenished. Room was nice, no hocks to hang towels or anything but rooms were very nicely renovated

You need an access card to get in the building, but all people you confused where I can get it????right. I have to wait until someone coming out and get in the building then go to check in. What I have to do like this??????

Great property right downtown. Once you get past the confusion of a second floor entrance! Very clean and open concept, great bed and pillows were amazing

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, clean pool, and great breakfast. 10/10 would stay again!
