雷塔吉飯店(Retaj Hotel)

Acudimos a este hotel ya que el tour en el que viajamos era el que incluía . Es un hotel pequeño , pero muy agradable desde su entrada , buena y bonita decoración. Las habitaciones pequeñas , bien decoradas , camas y colchones muy cómodos y cuenta con todas las amenidades . Se encuentra retirado del centro pero en una bonita ubicación . Hay mucho comercio a su alrededor y restaurantes . Cerca de grandes hoteles de marcas exclusivas . Restaurante básico con buena atención de los meseros . El desayuno bufete Badillo pero cumple Hotel 3 Estrellas . Bueno y económico

Bon hotel avec chambre confortable, buffet consequent. Attention aux chambres au 4eme etage pres de l ascenseur qui sont bruyantes a cause du restaurant au dessus. Superette et resto a proximité. Nous ne sommes pas sortis apres les excursions donc pas d info sur la proximite du centre

Pasé solo una noche como parte de un tour. Para éste propósito, me pareció muy bueno, en mi caso me tocó una habitación muy confortable, limpia y moderna, aunque son pequeñas. Al lado del hotel hay una tienda de cerveza y vinos, y a pocos pasos esta una farmacia, ambos me resultaron muy convenientes. Me hubiera gustado poder conocer más el área.

Hotel con pinta de moderno y limpio, a un lado del edificio hay una cafeteria mona y cerca hay varios locales como farmacia, banco y mall; habitación pequeña y limpia; el hotel no cuenta con alberca y el gym no cumple su objetivo, desayuno con poca variedad pero bien

Nous passons actuellement 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Chambre petite, vieillissante, poussière pas faite, la salle de bain n'est pas nettoyée, pas de rouleaux de papier wc si on en a plus. Ne pas regarder par les fenêtres, elles sont tellement sales que vous ne verrez rien. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant pour la plupart. La nourriture laisse très largement à désirer. Le café n'est pas bon. Excentré de la ville. Le seul point positif: la literie est très bonne.

This was a horrible hotel. The room was dirty-my socks were filthy! The bed was short-our feet hung off (and were short to average height) and the pillows were a hard foam. The air conditioner was positioned so it blew in our faces all night. The bathroom was so small!-the shower had no where to put shampoo, or even our soap except on the floor. The water sprayed and ran out onto the floor of the bathroom, soaking it. The water bottles they gave us were itty-bitty, could drink it in a few gulps. The breakfast had a lot of selection but was horrible-even the bread was stale. They had signs for cold milk that we put in our cereal but it was the hot milk and the sign for hot milk for our coffee was cold milk. The location was horrible for tourists - on a busy street with nothing around it. Had to Uber anywhere we wanted to go - and you had to know where you wanted to go. It was $7 to go for dinner and back. Couldn’t walk to a restaurant or a store. Felt stranded. The best part of the hotel was the receptionist (could have been the manager)- he was very nice and kind.

really bad food and service. we want to order from outside the hotel but they told us that they had good food and they Will make it like the HArders Burger place and they insist that we should buy food from the hotel restaurant and they told us that we Will get a 15% discount in addition we ordered the burger menu but we Got French bread with a quarter of frozen meat which is very old and old old pomes fritters. We didnt get our drinks on the menu. we choose to call and ask them to give us our paid menu but they refuse to offer it. really bad place. 😡 this is the most constribution Room 412 regard Sama

Pleasant Stay with a Few Caveats I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts: **Renovated Cleanliness:** The hotel's recent renovations have clearly paid off; everything was fresh and clean. **Room Size:** The room size was good, offering ample space to move around comfortably. **Bed Size Concern:** However, I must point out that the bed size was a significant issue. I'm 6 feet tall, and my feet were left hanging in the air due to the bed's small size. (See photo for reference.) **Bathroom Cleanliness:** The toilet and bathroom were both clean, which is always a big plus. **Tiny Shower:** The shower room was exceptionally small, and if you're on the larger side, it might be a tight fit even entering through the glass door. (See photo for reference.) **Breakfast Experience:** The breakfast was decent, although not exactly what I expected in an Arab country. A word of advice: avoid the bread, as it seemed quite old. **Friendly Staff:** The staff was a highlight of the stay - very friendly and always ready to assist. **Noise from Road:** If you're a light sleeper, avoid rooms facing the road, as the noise from passing cars can be disruptive. **Ideal Location:** On a positive note, the hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. **Parking Convenience:** Another advantage is the availability of parking, which is definitely a plus.

I stayed at the Retaj Hotel for two nights at the beginning of a group tour, and one night at the end of the tour. For a three star hotel, it’s quite nice. During my first stay, I asked to change rooms as my safe didn’t work and the window would not lock properly. The staff quickly changed my room without complaint, and I was happy with the second room. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. I heard complaints from tour members that rooms facing the street are noisy, so make sure to request a room facing the back. On my second stay, my room was perfect. It looked remodeled and the air conditioning unit was quiet with a more spacious bathroom. The bed, again, was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is average, but the restaurant has a lovely view over Amman. The staff were also incredible friendly. For a budget stay, it’s a great hotel.
