The area itself is perfect and the hotel is just what we needed. Service was kind, breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay there.
Metro stations and tram are close by, and we could walk around easily. Lot's of restaurants and bars too.

Everything about my stay here was perfect. I took a last minute trip to Amsterdam and am so happy I booked here. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff went out of their easy to make sure we had everything we needed and were all so friendly. the breakfasts were great. I definitely recommend and if I ever find myself back in Amsterdam, would absolutely stay here again!!

Easy check-in/check-out process. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. Breakfast is great. Garage parking is tight (expected in Amsterdam) but is easy to access from lobby. This is my second time staying here, very pleased!

The Radisson Blu Hotel offers a perfect location and clean rooms with essential amenities. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but there's no smart TV, limiting entertainment options to cable TV. The staff, for the most part, were friendly. However, there was an issue with one front desk employee who caused a delay and forgot about a promised task.

Only negative was checking in experience, very clear check in time is 3pm….came back to hotel at 2:40 and was told room was ready but manager had to check it but would be quick about 10 minutes. told same story again at 3:00 by another employee….finally at 3:20 I asked another employee…..since the 2 employees disappeared…..and he told me room was ready and he gave me keys….he apologized and gave us free breakfast for the 2 mornings which was appreciated. Otherwise was very nice hotel in good location.
