阿姆斯特丹市中心麗笙藍標飯店(Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center)

The area itself is perfect and the hotel is just what we needed. Service was kind, breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay there. Metro stations and tram are close by, and we could walk around easily. Lot's of restaurants and bars too.

Hôtel superbement bien placé et superbe . Chambre familiale parfaite: propreté au top, services au top Room service parfait , on a dine au resto et plats très bons également et à prix très raisonnables Petit déjeuner excellent ! Et personnel très agréable

Definitely on the lower end of hotels I have stayed at for the price. In the US this would be a middle 3 star hotel. Our room was very dusty and dirty. Woke up to several spiders hanging above our heads in bed. Some areas have so much built up dust I don't think they've been cleaned for several years including the AC vent above bed and behind mirror in bathroom. Shower overflows it's 1cm ledge if you use it more than 5 minutes as it drains very slowly, again an issue with cleanliness/maintenance. Additionally we got here early and were told check in was at 3pm without early check in. Which is fine, but then hours later we saw others being checked in early and so we asked again and sure enough it was available and had been for an hour. We were told obviously we should have attempted the self check in many times until it worked (once cleaning was complete).

this hotel is ok for business but not for family/vacation time as it is very cold....self check-in, self check-out, almost no encounters with hotel staff....it feels like on easyjet where you do everything by yourself.....if this is the future of hotels.....it is not for me...

Tout était parfait, hôtel parfaitement situé au cœur d’Amsterdam, personnel attentionné, petit déjeuner délicieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Great place to stay! We always felt safe and it was such a wonderful location. We were able to walk to all the locations we had planned to visit on our trip and the room was nice and clean. We were able to store our bags upon our early check-in and late departure, which was wonderful. I would stay here again and recommend the Radisson to a friend.
