Nice place to stay if you wanna visit Disneyland. However there’s limited food choices & malls around.

Estuvimos 4 noches, el hotel está lindo, limpio a 10-12 minutos caminando a los parques… solo me gustaría que variaran su desayuno, es casi lo mismo todos los días y cansa… por lo demás, a los 6 miembros de mi familia nos agradò muchísimo . Gracias element!!!

This my first bad review. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We checked in late and we went to bed. After midnight they called us and they said they forgot to give us the parking permit . My husband woke up and went to the lobby then he went out side to the car to put the permit on the dashboard. Second night, we came back from Disneyland around 11pm and we didn’t find parking we asked the front desk and they said we have to drive to another parking outside the hotel(We had one car for 2 rooms). The front desk was rude and she told us to complain to the manager in the morning. The room had no toilet paper we had to call ask why……, never ever coming back to this hotel. By the way I am bonvoy member and I travel a lot.
