The staff was very friendly and comfortable beds. I arrived late at night so I did not get the room I booked. The breakfast was not great. I did go down at 8:30 and they had no oatmeal, no waffle mix, and no utensils and very few pastries . I asked the front desk if they would add more items and they didn’t know. Also, the on demand shuttle takes a long time. At check in they told me to come down 10 minutes before I wanted to leave. When I came down it was a 40 minute wait for the shuttle.

We've stayed at the Hampton in Anchorage in the past and the quality has gone downhill!! I had to request a chair since there was none in the room. There were no washcloths at all in the room. The hallways were littered with paper scraps, about 8 pm the fire alarm went off, my call to the front desk, wasn't answered and after 10 minutes, the alarm eventually quit. No one on the 2nd floor knew what was going on! The elevator quit for a period of time later in the night also, again no explanation. The breakfast was very generic, sausage salty, eggs, bland, oatmeal was OK. Swimming pool and hot tub were closed for "construction" but we weren't made aware of that until we arrived. No mention of it during reservation process. That's the last time we will ever stay at another Hampton!

The room was up to Hampton standards. but for my preference the height of the bed should be lowered. I am 5'10" and had to jump UP onto the bed. The TV lacked local stations and the volume was so low and max that No one in the room could understand it. The water handle in the shower was in reverse when one turns it on.

Great staff, good location and parking. The room was missing a toilet paper dispenser and was a bit worn, but overall well maintained.

I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews, but I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pool was open and our room was ready on time. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hampton Inn is conveniently located. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

They have a shuttle to pick up and free breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff and very helpful

Great location, excellent and friendly staff, it really meet my expectations.
