Great place by the airport. For people on transit it is hard to beat. It gets the job done if that’s all you need. But if you’re looking for someplace to stay more than one night, other venues may be better suited.

The first room I was assigned in the original rooms was noticeably older not very welcoming. Then did not have a working heater. Attendant brought a portable heater and gave me the option of being assigned another room. I was assigned a room on third floor in main building. Very welcoming and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It wound up being a very pleasant stay. I will stay again if I’m in the area.

I usually stay here
Service has been declining
Second time there has been no soap/shampoo, bathtub had hair & the walls had not been cleaned properly
First room had no heat in room (-15 outside) second room the heat was turned way down & it took about 6 hours to warm up
No hot water in the shower

The noise was so loud I had trouble sleeping through the night - even with headphones on. My room door did not seal shut all the way and felt generally unsafe. I found out while leaving that the building I was roomed in doubles as a homeless shelter - information that would have been nice to have prior to booking. Staff was great and facility was mostly clean.

I arrived just after Anchorage had several severe snow storms and the motel was still removing snow, so I was unable to see surrounding areas. Located near the airport, yet it was very quiet and I was able to sleep peacefully. Teresa went beyond duty and gave me a free upgrade! Property appears to be a little older, but very comfortable and the price and the service was excellent!
