Nice friendly staff, pretty quiet considering it’s on a busy road!

I booked this room knowing that I just needed a place to sleep for one night - in that regard, this place met my expectations. But the room was shabby - the TV didn't get a signal, the WiFi was spotty, and there was a baseball-sized hole through the bathroom door. I appreciated the shuttle service, however one of the shuttle drivers I had was very unprofessional - she bad-mouthed the owner and rambled on about herself and her troubles.

Booked for 2nights. Arrived middle of night and stairs up to rooms were worn and frayed. Into room and large worn area of carpet at room entrance. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and cooking. Furniture very shabby and covers off heating vents. Inner coverlet holed with cigarette burns. Did not complain as due to return to property in a few days for another overnight stay. On the plus side… staff very pleasant and accommodating. Shuttle lifts in and out of town are excellent and Chinese restaurant next door is fab. Staff great but our room and wing were “tired”. On our return got the same room, but fresh this time… what a difference.

This place was horrible. The night clerk was downright rude, he actually responded with "Not my problem" to one of my requests. The carpet in my room was damp and slimy, and the dresser was chipped and falling apart. I paid $160 to spend the night in this ghetto, and it was absolutely overpriced.

The staffs are very nice and provide excellent service. The property is dated, the room stink with old carpet smell, we tried to open the door and window but the stink is still very strong. The reason why we choose this property for their reasonable price and airport shuttle, also shuttle to downtown area and rail station the next morning. We called the property after picking up baggage, the shuttle arrived after 25 minutes which is not bad considered the distance. It will be a whole lot better if they can replace all those ancient carpets. Not only carpets are in the room, outside walkway and the stairs are wrapped in carpet and are torn and fraying

Checked in and found toilet dirty and clogged. Told front desk who had maintenance respond. Came to room plunged toilet (no cleaning) left plunger for my use. Toilet worked awhile and was clogged along with sink in morning. Checked out at 8 am.

Cheap 90 bucks a night, not High end but has everything tv, microwave, frig. The room has was clean, smelled clean. Nothing is new but still clean . I would rather save my money for fun stuff than shell out 350-400 Dollars for a room to sleep iN

The carpet was so dirty, that my white socks turned gray in just a matter of minutes. I killed one cockroach, but didn’t see any more. I did, and that the rest of it was clean. I was there for three nights and two of the days and nights the Wi-Fi did not work.
