I stayed after a long day snowboarding and I turned the water on to take a shower and let it run for almost 10 minutes and it still didn’t get hot. Freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk with the room phone 4 times but not once time did it connect, instead just gave me a busy signal (I was 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot so it was extremely slow). I called on my cell phone seconds later and it rang through. When I told the lady I didn’t have hot water, she told me I’d have to let it run for 15-20 minutes since it’s so cold outside. I live in Alaska. I have never, ever had that experience before and I have stayed at so many hotels and airbnbs. She wasn’t rude, but she was also not apologetic at all.

It was clean, our room air control worked well. The couple we were with had problems with their heat. The front desk staff brought in a portable heater for them to use and the next day while we were all at it was fixed. I am impressed by that responsiveness to the problem. Three bath towels for the shower instead of the typical 2 that a lot of places do.

Very basic room. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the room. Most importantly: No in room coffee maker! Old looking furniture in room. The water pressure and temperature were awful! They appear to be updating the rooms in stages, still work to be done. Would not stay here again.

I called ahead of time to ask if early check-in would be possible since I was traveling for a wedding. I was told to swing by when I got into town and they would be able to add me to a list and then call me after housekeeping came in if they could provide me a room early. I actually got to the hotel at 7 AM (normal checkin is 3 PM), and the front desk staff member was so kind and actually let me check in right then. Loved this customer service!

一切都陳舊過時，沒有大堂區或休息區，家具非常簡陋，床單發酸，空調機組咆哮，金屬床架，窗簾桿上掛著撕裂的窗簾，房間發臭/由於房間香味太多，油氈瓷磚非常黏臥室，床邊沒有燈，房間光線昏暗，門框有刮痕，走廊裡的地毯不匹配，只有自動販賣機。

Good pricing for the area....everything else is horrendously expensive.....however, it's still motel 6.....which means no breakfast in the morning....no swimming pool or hot tub...no frills....and no restaurants nearby. but very safe and nice clean rooms.

This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The walls are paper-thin. We had to complain about noise with so much foot traffic in the hallways after midnight when we had to get up in the morning for our flight. There was no shampoo in the room and the bedding had tears and the pillows were deplorable. Just a dirty property. Much better choices just down the street for a little bit more.

The rooms were clean. We were quickly passing through and needed a place to crash, this met our needs. It isn’t fancy or posh, but clean and a comfortable bed. If you were needing to spend a lot of time in the hotel it might feel tight, but to sleep and get ready for the next adventure it was 👍👍👍.
