安克雷奇阿斯彭套房飯店(Aspen Suites Hotel Anchorage)

Mostly the front staff desk. We had trouble with our unit blowing hot on one side and cold on the other. We did inform the front desk and they took care of us right away.

When we arrived to check in for our two night stay at the Aspen hotel staff could not find our reservation we made through *******. Another staff member found the printed reservation, which had never been entered into their system. The staff stated there were no more rooms available. I then called ******* customer service who then called the hotel. The hotel staff said they could provide a room at their sister hotel across town for the night and then book us a room at the original hotel for the following night. Aspen Hotel refused to pay for additional transportation to the new hotel or provide compensation for their error in any way. The new hotel was in a very shady part of town and we were forced to take a taxi anywhere we went. ******* did provide compensation for our added travel cost. I recommend calling in advance if you book this hotel

Fire alarm went off and no staff were anywhere to be found to inform guests and/or answer questions. No emergency crews arrived and we were never informed as to why the alarm went off.

Rooms seem run down and staff wasn’t very pleasant when checking in. We also requested rooms close together with family and were put two floors apart

Room was moderately clean. Bed very uncomfortable. Carpets in hallway & stairs not very clean. Faucet in shower dripped all the time.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. The staff was professional, the room was amazing and if anything would have made this facility better, it would have been breakfast.

The staff was outstanding , hotel clean, quite, and secure Enjoyed the hospitality and will be back

No housekeeping, not even fresh towels, air conditioning was not in working order and the room was hot! fridge in room made awful noise all night and faucet was dripping.

We travel to ANC regularly for appointments that result in us staying at a number of hotels. Our usual hotel happen to to be full so we stayed here. The customer service was poor at best. I won't be staying here agian.
